-warm up 5 min
-manual stretches(help see below)
-pump 10 min
-jelq 5 min
-supra slammers 15reps (20-30min)
before this I did basically just stretches and Jelqing, but i never really took the stretches seriously...
So he says 30-45 minutes for one thing, I tried this out and I got over an hour. But that's a different story, I'm slow, and I think I am doing something wrong.
