newb question: cheaper alternative for Sizegenetics?

Which extender to buy and noose question?

I want to get a penis stretcher b/c I've heard so many good things about them and even though I do hang and it's working, I'm just not 100% comfortable with it that's why I'm still looking for other methods. I'm still jelqing and stretching but I want something else also...

MaleMax Vac-U-Max Penis Stretcher

Since i can't get the Max-Vac2
