For the last 6 months i have been doing basic pe stretches. The newbie routine and an hour of hanging. I have gained a good amount, i went from 5.9 nbel to about 6.5 nbel.

Hi. I am planning to take a 4/5 months break on my pe journey. The time i dedicate to my excercise is needed elsewhere. But i do not want to lose my gains. Can anyone plz suggest a routine Which i can follow in this period.
So I have been doing the newbie routine along with 5 min tunica warm up and 30 min hanging since July.
Should I continue with this program until the end of the year or change it up for more intensity?

I use to do a newbie routine than hang for an hour.
Now I am just doing a newbie routine and hanging for 30 min in one session.
Ive gotten real busy and dont have time to hang for a full hour anymore.
Is this still effective?

Sooo I was wondering? Would it be more effective? Less effective? Or the same to do several short (say 5 minute) sessions throughout the day? In this case I can actually do several shorter sessions easier than I can one long session at night.

So my anti turtle sleeves broke last week and have been waiting for a new one. I dont want to workout without them as I feel it is a waste of PE to workout and than not be in am anti turtle device.its like working out hardcore and not eatinf anything to build that muscle back up.
