i found this protocol is most effective in short period:
-heat up the part in a warm water for ten minutes
-then Bundled stretch for five minutes
-then a stretcher device for one hour
-then 860nm near infrared...
How do you guys feel about it? What has worked for you best? And your gains as well. I tried searching for this subject, but couldn't find it. All input from regulars to new guys.
