That is correct. Pumping pulls the entire penis against the base, which stresses the ligaments and the connective tissues. Pulling downwards offers more traction pull than pumping, more than pulling straight out, and definitely more than pulling at any sideways and upward angles. However, pumping does also expand the internal chambers, not only pulling. This is why we combine the two together to optimize the length and girth gains.
Sounds like a game plan. Do bounce it at 10/12, then 10/11, then 10/13, or alternate accordingly for your 2nd set only. If you're doing a 5 set, then 2nd and 3rd set. The rest stays below 8. This is to prevent expansion tissue stressing.
This is indeed true. The suspensory and the connective base tissues, when stressed, will not hold your EQ in play. This is why longer lower pumping pressure tend to be more effective to pair with the LM over higher intense pumping sessions with the LM. Been there myself. But do experiment.
