If you lean more on length, focus everything on length. The reasoning behind it is the dedication to tackling the tissues responsible causing restriction for length growth. Placing moderate but constant stresses on the ligaments responsible for length growth at around 1.1kg to 1.3kg all day long will expedite your length. Quite a few brothers use the methods of girth over length, then length over girth, alternating roughly 70% to 30% every 3 weeks or so to force tissue adoption and not adaptation. Adoption is to let the body knows your penile shaft is still changing. Adaption is when the body is fighting back and prevent further growth. We want to minimize adaption and promote adoption.
