case study extremely big problem. HELP SOMEBODY PLEASE....

somehow ive ended here after battling this injury for al most 6 months. im in my 40's . i had jelqed off and on and pumped for a month or 2. nothing serious. felt better, and hung better it seemed. no real serious gains expected. just wanted better bloodflow and quality.

one day, i jelqed a bit harder than i had been, but no pain, and jsut for a minute. next day i pumped and accidentally went more than i wanted. no pain. immediately released and red along the base of the shaft. within the day it was gone. several days later i woke up with a shrunken unit and slight numbess on the shaft. had all hard flaccid symptoms.

was scared, so continued making my self have sex,. after a month or so, it seemed it was subsiding. i still woke up in the morning with a chub. but everything shrank to nothing during the day.then it started seeming like if we had sex more than once a week, it would traumatize everything and destroy my libido and size again.

very sensitive glans with burning /cooling feeling. shrunk all day. no erections. no night erections. then it would come back a week later with her, and we'd have sex again. eventually i figured out we had to quit for awhile. 6 months later, here i am. we just went a month of nothing. i still walk around all day shrunk to nothing. we had sex 2 days ago and it was great, but now it seems to be overly sensitive again. only time i hang normally , is if i lay down in bed awhile. but soon after i get up, its all gone again.

sensitivity/nerve damage, seems likely, but not sure. nothing feels like me down there unless im hard. it doesnt seem like i did anything too hard/painful to cause this, but i obviously did. not sure if this will heal ever, but i cant take any more panic attacks and anxiety. its hard to make it to bedtime every day. its the only relief i get.

it feels like i have half what i did on a normal day now, with no arousal. ive also noticed a constant pressure moreso while shrunken, in my rectum /perenium area,that tightens when i flex my penis. i get decent morning/night erections sometimes, and sometimes not as much. but im sure my anxiety day to day is effecting that . i cannot masturbate to get hard since the 2nd month of this, due to it irritating the nerves it seems on the head. actual sex doesnt irritate it as much, but it still does.

i always have the numbness/sensitivity issue to some degree, but its super bad when its shriveled up and burns. im just not sure the nerves will heal, and i dont know what to do now. im mentally exhausted and depressed. i can barely force myself to work or do anything that involves moving. it lets me know every step of every day what ive lost.

I think jelqing will help. I would start light and work up to more intense jelq. I think the increase of positive blood flow will truly help.

i didnt expect that. i expected the opposite effect actually. good to know and i ordered some
 
i gotta keep at this. just not quickly. strongly erect all night . was good. this morning responded good. stroked a few min. hours later, im feeling it again. tender, and odd feelings . overstimulated, flushed. retracts when moving around much. seems to happen every time i try to get frisky like this and attempt this. maybe in time, something will adjust, i dont know. its hurt just enough to shut me down, and struggle with feelings. so dang sore and inflamed looking. maybe it needs a lot of that though, im just not sure. leaving it alone sure doesnt fix anything. im just afraid to hurt it worse.

Don't ignore the inflammation apperance as a good thing, and don't dismiss it as a bad thing. Why? Inflammation is a body's response to getting rid of something inside, or a response to push blood flow to a critical area. The body refocuses to that area more readily to help it.

At this point in time, there's no making it worst. There's only moving forward to make it better. A broken arm cannot be made worst by helping it along the way. Once it's broken, you have to do everything in your power to nurture it back up. Same with the penis. We know that so far, the procedure is working for you. Don't increase the intensity nor the force, but increasing the method by adding more time and more sessions to get that blood flow going. feeling good is almostnever in clothes. viagra made it decent yesterday for a little. whole glans is a light pink hue after this usually. i have my glans hood on to walk around. i cant feel a freaking thing. started getting worse a couple hours ago. took hood off just now cause its too weird feeling 100% nothing. at least i have 50% without it. although terrible small feeling with no connection.

i read on nerve desensitizing, and it mentions doing stuff till its num. well ive accomplished that many times. already almost panicked out once today.
and i dont think it could be made worse myself either. its there already for a long time.

Since morning, before the lack of sensation to the glans, is the area around the anus and the scrotum getting tighter as the sensation of glans decreased, there's no tightness at all, or a combination of light to tight feeling around that area?
 
tightness hasnt really seemed an issue there yesterday or today as of yet. i always have a little way in there, its not flared up at all today though.... i always have lack of sensation i think. yet when its stimulated a lot, it goes further away. in clothes that is. i can always feel it with my finger, etc. it just has a grainy feeling to it. more heightened feeling at the corona maybe
 
Keep an observation note on that. The tightness way in there, describe about it. An example:

There's a tightness between the anus and the scrotum, around the middle of the two, at around an inch or 2 inches deep. The feeling like some needles stabbing in that area. The pain level is around 1 of 10. The feeling of the tightness level is around 2 of 10. At time, there is strange sharp pain that feels like something is poking inside the anus area, making me want to take a dump.

This is allows us to measure the scale of tightness correlating to the pain, localize the issue, and trace the possible culprit(s) that can create phantom pains that you're feeling.
 
will do. couple inches inside rectum. only feel while kegeling. more pronounced when have to poop.tight pain. like 3-10 or 4 -10 when need to poop. glans pain seems physical. activity worsens feeling. or scrambles it. sometimes that has seemed to make an illusion that it feels improved. seems like nerve overstimulation. worst quality of life walking around any person could have. zero chance at arousal all day like this.
 
I know I'm suggesting something that may feel unconfortable, and this is one of the circled item on our doodle board, but you might want to do a colonoscopy. It wasn't flagged because we thought it was a phantom pain. Now, there's more concern bells ringing off the hook as you keep mentioning pooping and rectal pain. Health care professionals always recommend colonoscopy from the age of 40 and on every 2 years or so. I've done mine around 37 when my side of the family started to report in different kind of polyps being found. Polyps is jsut one indicator. Polyps may not bleed, where there's no blood in the stool. My brother has growth going inwards and not outwards. He recounted of similar symptoms of something lodged deep inside, with uncomfortable feelings like poops never came out properly and jabbing sharp pains. Just something to be aware of.
 
well. already ahead on that. have the test literally here on the floor. lol. that is not my glans issue though. its the sole cause of every uncomfotable feeling i have

if i could ever get this glans to calm down, id have a chance. its hard to get anywhere when it constantly nags your nervous system to death. ever so often today, i get pieces of normal feeling, until something touches something else just right. then its over again. being plump helps tremendously, yet its hard to get that way feeling what i feel. or dont
 
We sat around and joke about the case, in all seriousness, that there's a gremlin dancing around the pelvic region. One of our colleagues said it could be an intrusive mass pressing on the nerve and possibly the artery. The others said it could be plagues or pinch on the both the nerve and arteries due to contraction of the muscles during mobility. What we are concerned about is the worst case scenario because most of our family members, friends, and acquaintances suffered from some form of the worst case scenario. We all have our bets with digital coffee and sweets money on specific diagnostics in our own cyber think tank.
 
im at my wits end. im literally crying here. im so screwed up i cant perform simple tasks anymore, and i was before this a very capable person in many fields. i got so frustrated just now at something i just cant do. the more i got aggravated, the less i feel. its all gone now. just feels like a numb tip. the glans is just so screwed up. i cant feel crap anymore
 
For now, do a side experiment with a warm rice sock to bring the temperature from the base of the penis to the glans back to core temperature when you get back. Rice sock should not be heated in the microwave more than 50 seconds, or you'll be cooking your penis instead. Well, it's based on my microwave anyway. Experiment with the time needed. Start with 20 seconds. Slowly go up from there.

If thermal influence is the key to bring the feeling back to the glans, there are hopes as there are many thermal warmer out there you can get for your crotch. I have one for my winter clothing, especially the crotch area when the wind can do quite a number on me during my cycling and off-road riding through wet areas.
