Whats up whats up got a question about which is better. 1. Would the ads be better than wrapping?
Oofff. This is a loaded question. Why? Because both can be achieve to maximize your gains, but at the same time, both have advantages and disadvanges. I need to type up a good article when I have the free time to put all my thoughts, findings and suggestions into more cohesive article. But, to summarize:
Wrapping:
A great cheap way to keep your penis elongated after workout. It's not so great as an All Day Stretcher. Why? It doesn't create enough traction force/tension to take advantage of the tissues adaptive growths. But, don't discount it yet. If you combine with stronger sleeves, like SiliSleev#5 or DuroSleeve, just light bundled stretches, follow by strategic use of sleeves and wraps, you can still take advantage of the elongation all day long.
ADS:
The system doesn't require a good old bundled stretching to get things rolling, but without the bundled stretches, you're using up 2 hours of prescious stretching time just to get the tissues primed for adaptive growth. 15 minutes of bundled stretches will set your tissues up for immediately adaptive growth while the ADS keep the tissues in an aggressive elongated state to optimize your micro traumas for growth. The bundled stretches cause micro tears, and the ADS keeps the micro tears going, creating gaps, and allow the cells to repair, rebuild, and duplicate to fill in those gaps.
What's the difference between the two?
ADS can cause better traction force going past the recommended 1100g, or rather, 1150g of traction force for an all day system. More than this, your penis will get diminishing returns of growth. However, the first 2 hours of the stretches can be between 1100g to as high as 10kg of traction force. Anything greater than the 3kg of force, you must gone through months and years of preconditions first. The higher the traction force, the high the traumas. The higher the traumas, the more the body will fight back on the growth. The ADS can adjust from 1150g down to 800g of traction force at any given time. It's easy to put and take off.
For the wraps and sleeves, for those who have used it for many months and years, well, it's not the easiest tools in the shed to keep the penis elongated all day. That can also be said for the ADS, but at the end of the day with side by side comparison, ADS wins hand down. Wrap can cut off blood circulation if you try to achieve greater than 800g of tracion force. Stiffer sleeves like SiliSleev#5 and DuroSleev and be a challenge to put on and take off until you get the hang of it. SiliSleev#5 can provide the traction force at 1000g with no problem. DuroSleev can go past 2500g without any issue. The only thing is, the longer the penis, the harder it is to keep it elongated using the sleeves. At 7in long, I have to use multiple sleeves or combos of sleeves and wraps to keep it elongated. ADS on, I don't have to deal with multiple items.
ADS can get a bit bulky at times, especially when you use the 2in vacuum cup. It makes you look like you have a massive package ready to spray on the crotches of the ladies. Sleeves and wraps can be much more discrete, but not much.
Wrapping just bulges out my pants too much wish i could make it less obvious.
Im honestly about to purchase the ads for all day wearing
Now, you have to think carefully. If your glans fits the 1.25in vacuum cup, or even the 1.5in vacuum cup, you're golden when it comes to discreetness. Much less bulky than wraps. But if your glans must use the 2in cup, it's no longer discreet at all. This is where I am now. I get more stares at my crotch while I'm about than my wife's large pair of melons without bras.
