Yes It's hard but I have proved it's possible.Like 8incyclops, you need to be very strict with your calorie calculation. This is going to be a very tough task especially when you get to your late 30s.

I was already bloated about 4 inch's but was 7 not pressed, 7.8 pressed, bloated another 2 inch lost about 5mm length for year's, bloated another 1.5- 2 inch over few day's lost another 4-5 mm length, bloated at 39 inch with some fat, probably the wheat,dairy and gluten for me, dehydration is bad for digestion too.I'm not fat, bread just makes my stomach bloat a bit.
