I have a question. I am combining the twelve week workout with phase two of the MOS program. My question is that when I do the A-Stretch , should I be focusing on trying to find the angle of stretch that gives the greatest tug back? Does this give the greatest possible results?
 
I have been doing them for a while now and I have no clue what works best beside pulling really hard. Right now I'm locking out my elbow with the arm that does the grip and ease into an almost 100% load.

Haven't measured EL for the last two months but my SG and Bathmate have shown some improvements.

When is your next measurement date? When you say improvement are you referring to adding bars to the SizeGenetics and the gauge increase on the Bathmate?
 
I didnt plan on a date yet. I was going to wait another month or two to measure next. Yes on the bars and Bathmate

Get yourself a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging brother and do the DLD Blasters with it. The DLD Blasters is very superior to most manual routines out there.
