Check out the many videos we have on rapping to find which is best for you. I like a combination of ace and theraban. One layer of theraban and 1 to 2 layers of ace should keep you in the right place.

Yeah, no wonder you're getting a bit of discomforts. Use SIM's wrapping method. We have at least 8 wrapping methods for every type of brothers.

Pump 15mins!

Huge erection quality (except for after this season) but I’m happy I’m seeing 20cm reached in pump easily with great expansion.

Let’s just say the wife is all over me I feel abused😂

This is just the first segment of the PE journey. Stay the course. Just switch out the exercises until you hit the end of the 6th month before you go crazy with additional modificiation to the PE routines.

Be sure you get kegels, in every day. This will help you achieve harder erections, and as you grow the extra room, we'll be filled up. If you do kegels, but if you don't, you may end up with a larger floppy penis.

Fatigue and pain are 2 very different things. One is good being fatigued, while the other is bad as pain. I don't remember a day. I was not fatigued, and I remember the very few days that I had pain. Guide yourself knowing the difference between the two and benefit from it

I’m solidifying 20cm and moving toward 20.3

Same routine.
3-6x week LM BTC
Everyday 15min Mityvac pump sometimes SSJ 5x5x5x3
 
Also my nutrition is onpoint. High protein but I also try to get in as much vege as I can.
Morning routine
- Empty stomach Hydrate with spring water
- Beetroot, celery, apple, carrot, ginger, tumeric Cold press juice. (Homemade)
- L-Citriline 1tsp
- Bentonite clay + Activated Charcoal

Night time - Camomile, Lavender, Ashwaganda, Reiki Mushroom, valerian root (Tea)

These two have been consistent for weeks and I believe it’s allowing faster recovery more vascularity and stronger bigger erections.
