Some Update pics - pump in about 15-20mins into pump session.
I’m 3/4 pumping for 10mins then pumping at max pressure for the next 5-10mins is this ok?

Also if I do:
- 2days on Length + Pump
- 1 day off length work
- only Pump on the 1 day off

Is this effective? I have internal pain & don’t want to cause injury but I still want to promote stretch & blood flow.

Thoughts?

You want to have either length for the entire routine, girth for the entire routine, or both at the same time. But the consistency is daily for 2 to 3 days on, then 1 day off. Don't skip around where the girth is only 1 day out of 3 unless you are cementing at the end.

Awesome, yeah I’m pumping daily. I’ve actually been going 7+ days of both lately.

Great mushroom. Ladies love the larger head to stroke the sensitive parts.

First 5 minutes, start light to moderate pressure based on where you are in the journey from prior conditioning. Next 10 minutes is moderate to high, being dynamic with the pressure and never stay at the high pressure for the entire 10 minutes. 5 minutes at the end stay and moderate pressure in a dynamic fashion to prevent edemas.

Always add SSJ into the pumping routine.

Done a good stretch session & pump session last night - totalling about 1hr BTC 2x 5mins up down sides 2x1mins( the wrap over glands helped a lot!)

Pumping 10mins 3/4 max. 5mins FULL Pump!

Is there anything more I should be doing?

Also, where can I get clamps for permanent Girth gains? And how long should i clamp for after pump session?


Home depot, you can get clamps very cheap. You can also get them on amazon if you want them delivered to your house.

The only improvement I see that I can recommend is to use the slow Squash jelqs between pumping sets. This will help with healing and gaining greater expansion.

Can I do length work/ pump 15mins then clamp 30mins x 2 sets? Or too much?
That's just fine.If that's what you're comfortable with. You want to do what's right for you so if this is working for you, keep it up.

No need for clamping. Use something, like an elastic band, elastic bandage, cock ring, a sexy partner's hands or mouth, or combo, to restrict the blood flow from going out. Just estimate the 5 minutes of a full blood volume from an erection to around 60% of the total volume. You don't have to be fully erected for the entire 5 minutes. Just enough to get the 100% blood volume in for the restrictive period in the next 40 go 60 minutes.

k I have cock ring. Tha ts what I wear until bed 1-2hrs

Can you actually break this down? 5mins of 100% full engorged? Then the next 40-60mins around 60% erect?

Definitely. Let's use 60 minutes as a the normal time after pumping regiment.

First 5 minutes, get a full erection to get full engorgement. Let's use the "full engorgement" phrase as 100% erection blood volume. Once you get the 100% erection blood volume, you can relax your erection to flaccid state. In that flaccid state, the full blood volume from the erection remains, which is full engorgement. After 5 minutes or so, the restrictive cock ring or device will slowly release the blood down to around 60% of the fully engorged blood volume. This is an indicator of the device having around 90% blood restriction, not constriction. Never have blood stay in the penis without any kind of release for more than 5 minutes. Some push it to 10 minutes. Any time passing the 5 minutes mark, there is a higher chance of blood clotting.

Once the 5 minutes over, refresh the blood with another full engorgement. If you like to program your brain and body to exercise the erectile state on command/demand, you can do light kegel exercises with mental stimulation to invoke erection to push more blood into the penis.

Continue the process of 5-minute cycle for 60 minutes total. For me, I'll try to keep my erection on and off every 3 minutes as my way of training my mental state and also to build up larger reservoir of nitric oxide. But to do this, you also have to preload yourself enough resources, like L-citrulline. It doesn't take much to help your body to keep strong and healthy erection through daily regiments.

Question: is there a better way to wrap for the length master? It’s painful more so the wrap on penis or gland rather than the internal stretch.

There are many wrapping methods. As our brother @9.5inchpro asked, are you using the TheraBand layer for extra friction and comfort support?
