Thanks we should start doing bundle stretches now seems as though I might be stagnant with the weight hanging static. I might feel a little bit more of an inner penis pull and stretch with the bundle stretches. Thoughts?

If you use the length master bundled stretches, we'll be much more powerful than hanging. I highly recommend you try this for 3 to 6 months and you will see amazing results.

Every time you take more than 3 days off, slowly, ever slowly, increase your pressure back up again. Your skin layers reset back to square one after 2 days of rest. 3rd day, it takes a bit more care to get back to the preconditions you want after a few days. Never go from 3 days or more rest to full crazy workout after resting. This is a recipe for blood spotting, or worst, blister.

don't give up it seems your a hard gainer like me
Never give up or give in penis enlargement has its ups, and it's downs. You will experience plateaus at points. But this is no reason to stop. You should continue with confidence that your day will come where you're gaining and growing.
