This is good to know I’ll take it easy next session for sure !Every time you take more than 3 days off, slowly, ever slowly, increase your pressure back up again. Your skin layers reset back to square one after 2 days of rest. 3rd day, it takes a bit more care to get back to the preconditions you want after a few days. Never go from 3 days or more rest to full crazy workout after resting. This is a recipe for blood spotting, or worst, blister.
