Day 14 - VLC 10 hrs, 5 hr mark 45 mins Manual stretches all directions BTC, rotary stretches, 15 bundled stretches over wrist
Back on VLC for 4 hours
Hung good after session

Got home, SG - 2 hours

Hanging session
Set 1 - 6 lbs X 20 mins Straight down
Set 2 - 6 lbs X 20 mins left, twist hold
Set 3 - 6 lbs X 20 mins right, twist hold
Set 4 - 6 lbs 20 mins left, right, twist hold

SG - 2 hours
Went to sleep, woke up with hard EQ with mild soreness so EQ was tanked a bit

Going to get more work in later tonight

If you go into a trend with a rude awakening where your penis is like a totem pole, you may be approach a secondary penile growth spurt. When that happens, we can only say, "Congratulations, brother."

Bathmate hardcore stretches holy smokes 🤯 I feel strong pull from the base like it’s ripping apart from the base I’m not sure if I was doing it right and if the feeling the correct sensation for exercise, after that my dick felt beat and EQ suffered so I put on a silicockring for 1 hr im gonna add these in 3x a week definitely

Mityvac is an awesome pump wet or dry. It is so important to gauge your progress. And you can do that with the precise accuracy using the Mityvac. Some people don't realize how important this is, but it's definitely the best way to gain girth, and to track it precisely
 
Day 15 - VLC leg strapped 10 hours. 5 hour mark, 45 minute newbie manual stretches, bundled stretches over wrist 10 mins, bundled stretch straight out 5 mins
VLC back on for 4 hours

I get home, SG max flaccid stretched tension for 2 hours
Went to sleep,
Woke up, SG- 2 hours. In front a heater, 45 mins newbie manual stretches with BTC stretches. Bundled stretches over wrist each side 15 mins also straight out bundles included each side as well

VLC + SG = tension level flaccid stretched 2 hours

Bathmate hardcore stretches

SG + VLC - 1 hour 30 minutes to recover

Hanging session
6lb X 20 minutes straight down
6 lb X 20 minutes straight down left
6 lb X 20 minutes straight down right
5 lb X 10 minutes bundle hang 5 min each bundled side left
5 lb X 10 minutes bundle hang 5 minutes each bundled side right

1.86 lbs X 20 minutes over the leg stretches occasionally bundling the hang during the set over the leg

Went to sleep, gonna do more tonight
 
Can mityvac do hardcore stretches for inner penis stretches?

That will be a no. Unfortunately, it only expand the internal tissues that made up the blood chambers (the cavernosa) and the fascias (skin layers). It plays very little role in pulling the tunica bands, deep suspensory ligaments, and the base muscles.
 
For that type of work you need the bathmate where hardcore stretches were invented. So if you have an old bathmate, give it a try that way and I guarantee you will be pulling out major internal ligament.

I wonder if MityVac can use -11inHg to engage full pressure lock and pull on the cylinder from there. Bathmate only goes up to around -7inHg, maybe -8inHg, and pulling on the Bathmate will disengage the pressure lock. But pulling on the cylinder will also increase the pressure from -11inHg to -15inHg in no time, causing possible blistering with very little pull on the ligs and muscles. What's your throught guru? This is me just speaking from experience.

But you MUST understand in that when you do hard pulls for hard core stretches, you’re increasing pressure within the cylinder that’s already been established and thus more pressure increases on the penis with hard pulls. I occasionally do light pulls when I’m in the @DLD SSJ’s, but nothing hardcore. Not too say it doesn’t yield results for some, just be careful and monitor your body. 👊💯

That's excellent news. I will have to try this. I thought a bunch of guys using the mityvac for hardcore stretches. I can't wait to start.

From my experience I put a hand at the base of the pump and a hand on the tube for pulling, this is of course where I have a ultimate suction, and stretch from there. The hand of the base keeps me up to suction while upward hand pulls.
 
When I woke up, before work I did
Hanging session -
Set 1 - 6lbs X 20 mins straight down
Set 2 - 7.86 lbs X 20 minutes straight down left
Set 3 - 7.86 lbs - 6 lbs X 20 minutes straight right
SG + VLC- high tension 1 hr 30 minutes then back down to medium to low tension for 1 hr 30 minutes
Doing more tonight
 
Past two days, I was doing SG medium tension for 6 hours and newbie stretching routine 30 mins didn’t have too much privacy, I’ll be doing more today
 
Do your best, brother. Finding that time and privacy can be a daunting task when you're young, single, and living under someone's roof. Been there, done that. Now that I'm older, I don't give a crap who sees me.
 
I used to find time in the strangest ways, but they definitely helped me. I would take 5 minute bathroom breaks. Every three hours, i would use a ADS at all times I wasn't training. I would get app an hour earlier and I would go to bed. An hour later, just to get more work in it all came together beautifully.
