it’s been some time in between my progress log I’m going to start today day one with keeping a log @DLD and @oldandlively gave me new suggestions to get started fresh!
Today I implemented these suggestions!
10 min red light
10 min hanging w 3.5 pounds
2 min of 5 hg vac
.30 sec of 5.5 hg
2 minutes of 5 hg
Following 5 minutes of SSJ
Follow 5 minutes of 5.5 hg
Following 5min of SSJ
5 min 5.5 hg
5 min SSJ
10 minutes of red light
Wear cock ring for 6-7 hrs

When you say how low was the flaccid state remained I’m little confused could you be more specific?

Yes. Compare the flaccid state before PE and after PE. If the flaccid state after PE remains the same for X amount of hours, you are blessed with great post-PE conditions. If the flaccid state returns back to the flaccid before PE routines, no worries, your body is being trying to learn the new "normal conditions" through continuous reprogramming.

I do not own one it’s been in my thoughts just ned to make sure I will use properly with spending proper amounts of time with this tool

I have Red light two light 650 and 850 I believe
Near infrared
A vac with 10 in tube
Cap with Silli stretch
And I use a two rod extender some time but prefer hanging to control the weight

I measured first thing morning bone pressed compared to after hanging session then I measured at the end of the night to see how much it retracts, my bone pressed measurement at night was the same as the morning before session and after session was one inch longer so not sure if my body is fighting stretch or not ?

Not, that's common. It's not fighting back, but it's resetting itself to the old normal conditions. In due time, it will release itself to the new normal conditions.

I can’t wait! I wish I could find my journal from when I first started doing this before I found this professional group!
If I remember correctly I gained already but tough to tell maybe I was not measured bone pressed so had a lot of variation in measure points!

You're telling me! In my house fire I lost everything including note books on my training but all inventions, exercises and routines have all gone up in flames. I hope you can find your's in the future because I know just how important they are. I pray you do find them in Jesus name 🙏🏽
