Looks like you're hitting the penile body very hard. Do ease up a bit the moment you see micro tears and feel the "itchiness".
Now, when you "saw some micro tears", are these on the outside or the appearances emerged from below the surface of the penile skin?
Great job in modifying that routine. Don't stay on the same routines for too long. 2 is good, 3 is a bit too long, and 4 is definitely way too long.
Good for the first 2 months. Now, bring that penis to the bottom and back of your butt cheeks for most of the workouts. You can even dedicate 5 minutes of the routine at the front using rotary cranks using the LengthMaster like brother
@9.5inchpro as well. I do it every other day, cranking/contorting one directly as far as I can twist (remember the angle and force of the crank), hold for 10 to 30 seconds, and go the other way. Then follow up with directional stretches. It's part of the bundled stretches and variety of manual stretches using the LengthMaster as a application device to increase the intensity. You'll definteily understand how much more of a workout the LengthMaster can provide compared to manual hand work alone.
You can also use your outer thigh to put down one of the handle's arm, and lift the other arm far over in one direction. This focuses the full stretch along the lateral and longitudinal tissues for a powerful expressive stretch. Use the same amount of stretch for the other direction too.
Remember, only dull achy feeling from the stretches. No painful ones.
