Consisten measurements, you will get with the stab method.

If you measure twice like 10 minutes apart and you are not getting the same value, you are not taking BP (bone pressed) measurements. You need a fixed point/position to measure from, and that point/position is your Pubis.
 
Hey guys, I have two different measurements I have been measuring at 6 and quarter inches BPEL, but if I press the ruler really hard in my pubic bone I’m close to 6 and half inches.

I’m almost stabbing myself to reach 6 and half inches BPEL.

How hard should I be placing the ruler in my pubic bone when measuring?

What measurement is correct

I always measure standing up and never any other position.

Update: I also noticed increase in my flaccid stretch 7” bpfs
Dammit, now I really think I have to pull out my Lengthmaster 3 again since it seems you’ve already gained.

Btw do you perform your routine everyday or do you incorporate rest days? Was thinking I would not need rest days if I do like you and do 30 mins total BTC everyday.

I’m just doing a 3 days on and 1 day off like @squirt_inducer_man did.

You can train every day just take off when if needed.

Hey guys, I skipped yesterday length session because I was feeling so depressed. I feel like I’m in a battle with my mind again. I’ll resume training today.

I’m also thinking about quitting or at least slowing down on masturbation because I feel depressed after one orgasm and down.

I just turned 30 it takes a day or 2 for me to feel energized again.
 
Okay, so I decided to split my routine in half to help save on time. Once in the morning and once at night.

Morning length session is complete I’ll repeat the same for tonight just 10 minutes of BTC only followed by ball and lig stretches.

Hope you eventually crush that depression brother, believe me, I know it’s easier said than done.

Skipping the masturbation sounds like a very good idea as I also just feel empty and dirty after doing it.

If it feels any better. I also got episodes of deep depression when I did lengthwork this past year. I felt like I was wasting my time/life with it.
Becouse the only thing I did was: Work, sleep, eat, penis enlargement and repeat. I was only at home all alone this past year.

But what is the other spectrum of this?
You live your life like everyone else, chase women, parties, play video games, and you DO NOT follow your dreams.
I suspect we will have regrets in our life if we do not follow our dreams The road to sucess can be a lonely road.

But what I will say is this. It is all worth it. Do what you want and disregard all the opinions of all other people. Often depression can come when we think we should do something else with our life, or be at a different stage/place in life.
This is just a mind trap we get ourselves in. We can only live in this present moment, past nor future do not exist.

It's your life and you are allowed to live it, as you choose to live it. Personally I had to evolve with the help of this brotherhood to realize this. It's my life.

For example. If I don't want toxic people in my life...I just walk away. This was not true a couple of years ago.

Depression is not fun. Part of me feels like giving up again. I just need to push through with God’s help.
 
I feel like there should be a thread for brothers who feel like giving up and need motivation when it comes to PE. Perhaps it all already exists.
I think every PE athlete goes through doubt and worries if all the time investments will pay off. At least me! I did like 8 months of super strict routine both length and girth and almost gained nothing. That hit hard. Especially when you see other people gain fast. Doubt creeps up.

We just need to stay adaptable and flexible and remember why we started. I took 2 months off in hopes to deconditioning myself. It was hard to get back on the horse again but giving up is not an option. Some things are supposed to be hard, that's what makes it great in the end!

The 8 months I mentioned was just the time between the last measurements before took 2 months off when almost nothing happened.

In total I’ve been PEing actively 2 years this spring/summer. So in the first time period I gained around 1 inch in length and 1 inch in girth. Don't know about the girth status now as I been away from it over 3 months and will alternate 6 months of length work and 6 months girth work. Planning to do this cycle for 2 years and see where it will take me. (per recommendation to alternate like this to avoid conditioning)

How’s your journey been in total?
