@squirt_inducer_man im searching for erect stretches and DLD hardcore stretches but search function isn’t finding anything.

I want to close the gap between BPSFL and BPEL

DLD hardcore stretches I believe you just use the pump/cylinder, and push it up, down and straight out while having vaccum in the cylinder.

Alright brothers. Another day another MVac pump session.
100 jelqs 5 min pump
70 jelqs 5 min pump
5 min pump

Post BPSFL today was insane. Like 7.6/7.7 or so. Flaccid -ish girth was 5.5

This MVAC and simple jelq combo is working WONDERS for me. No idea how it stretched out so much flaccid after wards.

First pump session was 7.1” max
Last pump session was 7.3-7.4” max. Granted those are pumped stretch numbers

For anyone reading bc they’re interested in MVac pumping. I’ve taken off the rubber bottom seal- and been applying lots of lube around myself- and found that the most important spot is down by the base- as once you’re fully stretched if that area isn’t lubed up- it won’t enter the pump. So basically lube up your base even where the hairline really starts etc. to allow that inner tissue to get pulled into the pump.
 
Been pumping daily 1-2x for like last 8-9 days. Missed a few updates here

Taking 2 days off to celebrate Christmas, I’ll jump back on it here shortly.

My 2” MVAC tube arrived yesterday. I toyed around with it for part of the session. I’ll probably wind up using both tubes still as during my brief experimenting the 1.75” still seems to get better length

I didn’t do pre pump jelq though, so I’ll have to mess around. I wasn’t planning on pumping yesterday but since then new tube arrived I had to at least check it out.

Still seeing progress and the jelq/ pump combo seems to be most effective for me.

Going to continue this until i stall out a bit then switch back over to LM3 stretching. I’m def getting longer but it keeps getting thicker even though I’m focusing on length 😂

Was gone for a 8 night trip. Come home and the wife commented how thick it was- when I gained like .25-.3 in length while gone 😆

She was supposed to say how long it was lol
 
Been silent lately. Life caught up had a few days off. Pumped last night and my schedule should allow lots of training to happen in January

Don’t know how but I was touching the walls partially in the 2” tube last night. Def not completely like in the 1.75”

It appears I def expand out easier than length. It doesn’t look longer bc it keeps growing wider too. Mind tricks.

Maybe put some more effort into length work. This may solve the issue.
 
40 minutes (20 min x 2 per day, ~ 3 days on, 1 day rest), is enough to gain fast if you optimize everything according to SRT.
There are many ways to increase the intensity so you will get to maximum elongation during and after your session.
  • Temporary elongation = permanent elongation with time.
SRT is the only way to go
 
On a work trip again this week. Long hrs like always. Got back to hotel around 9:30pm.

Got a pump in last night and tonight.
Forgot to pack LM3 so that will resume next week.

Still hitting 7”in pump consistent. I’ve pretty much outgrown my 1.75 length pump now. I have to really lube myself and the inner walls of the pump to gain length. Tonight only got to 7.25 or so in it. Girth is getting too big for length gains.
Did 2 with the length pump and one with the 2” cylinder. I def get longer in the skinny one.

This weekend next week starts a very heavy LM3 focus for me as that’s the keys to my goals.

Will do.

Did another pump today. 1.75” tube. Starting really soaking the inside with lube and spreading it all around the cylinder. That definitely helped with length expansion

Pumped to 7.4/ 7.5” tonight. Lots of lube def helped. Otherwise I get stuck around 7.1-7.2.

Hoping this helps my length gains. As well as starting realllyyyyy stretching with LM3. I think it’s time to pull hard like TWIST and SIM.

Seeing the 7.5 in the tube was really motivating. Just looks so much longer even though it’s maybe .5” difference
