If you use your LengthMaster 3 sessions as a part of your strength training, you will adjust. In the beginning I was shaking like a leaf in the wind. But now I'm pretty much solid.
What’s weird is there’s no way I pull nearly as hard as you- but I’m still getting gains. I certainly have tension but my arms and hands don’t get tired.
I COULD pull harder but what I’m doing has worked so far so I figure don’t mess with it
