BTC (Behind The Cheeks) stretch with LENGTHMASTER 3, and using your foot as levarage.

This stretch can be used if your hands are tired. But you will pull more directly at the glans. Even then, this stretching style, can be a good compliment to your arsenal of stretches.
One day when I finally can advance to BTC stretches I will try this out.
Though first I must master straight down bundled stretches. Btw how long do you think I’ll need to be doing straight down before I can advance? Are we talking weeks or months? Just curious and won’t rush it.

It's hard to say. Just bundle deeper and deeper downward and you will in the future, clearly feel when you need to stretch further and further behind you to feel the stretch good.

You will feel when you can't stretch the inner penis and the ligaments as hard as you used to (you don't feel the stretch), and this is a sign you can progress into BTC stretches.

As I said before, you can bundled more rotations in DBS (Downward Bundled Stretches) then in BTC, so don't be afraid to bundle more and more, deeper and deeper to loosen up that Tunica albuginea.

I think I was doing like ~ 3 rotations before I progressed into BTC.
 
It's hard to say. Just bundle deeper and deeper downward and you will in the future, clearly feel when you need to stretch further and further behind you to feel the stretch good.

Ok, sounds good but I got one question when you say 1 rotation do you mean that as 180 degrees or 360?
I now do 1 full 360 degree rotation btw. I presume you mean 360, just have to make sure.

You don't need to do it perfectly.
The important thing is that you stretch.

I upload this unperfected video, to show the brothers that you don't need to do anything perfect.
The sooner you start the sooner you will have a big penis. If you don't have equipment, don't wait
until you have your equipment perfect. This is the completely wrong mindset to have. You need discipline and daily stretching to make permanent changes happening. If you wait for example, for the LENGTHMASTER 3 to arrive before you start to stretch, you have lost gains that you would have gotten if you just had started manual exercises with your hands.

I don't know what happened to the sound. I think it was due to the plastic box my phone was on. So I removed the sound.

I’m thinking about applying this to my routine. Will this help with turkey neck or will increase it?

Notes: At timestamp: 04:00, you will see why I'm calling these Extreme Bundles.
These Extreme Bundled stretches are so tough, my penis gets extremely sore (skin soreness) by doing these. Currently I can only do 10 minutes in one session, before I need a long rest.
But I'm feeling a really good stretch in my inner penis and the ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory). If you don't feel the stretch as you used to do when you where new to the LENGTHMASTER 3, try bundle even more.

Good to know there’s a plethora of techniques you’ve invented to make the BTC-B stretch even more intense if need be.
Really useful to know this for future reference if I too need to up the intensity.

First I gotta get up to 2 bundles, as of right now I simply don’t understand how you manage to do 2-3 bundles though I’ll eventually figure it out and get there too. For now 1 bundle is more than intense enough.

Feels like I’ve been doing the BTC-B stretch for a much longer time than just a week, so gotten used to doing them pretty quick. Love feeling my inner penis being pulled out as well. For me the BTC-B stretch is the best and most effective stretch there is.

You will get more rotations in in the future.

If you would do more of Downward Bundled Stretches in front of your body, you would be able to get more bundles in, before going in to the BTC-B stretches. It's easier to loosen up the Tunica albuginea in front of your body, in the beginning. Maybe you progressed to fast into BTC-B Stretches? But I can't know that. You need to feel how your penis is doing.
But you can also just keep pushing the bundles in the BTC-B Stretches, you don't need to do a full add on of rotation, just go to the limit and stay there and keep pushing it.

In the video above I was doing that, trying to push the bundles as hard as I could and at the same time stretching hard.

I'm trying to get to a new good stretching position since the position I was in, didn't do it any longer for me. There will be a period of more penis soreness for me, until the skin on my penis has adjusted. So painful sometimes. This increased in bundles would not be possible for me without the secound handlebar.


In the future you will be able to do many rotations.
Don't be discouraged just keep pushing it. You got this. Keep growing brother. 💪
