Quick update:

even though I went out for my anniversary last night and we got back late I was able to get in an extra lengthmaster session but not an extender session cause it was so late.

so quick update to session 90

length master - DLD blasters, 5 mins in each of 4 directions for a total of 20mins

Good news is my girl had to leave for a work trip early today so I can train today and plan to start soon.

Quick update for yesterdays training. I had a tough time getting started and I had to drive home from my girls with her dog who I’m watching. I also realized I forgot my vacuum cup sleeve at home so I only got in the length master work. I guess it better than nothing:

Awesome, the DBS with LENGTHMASTER is a really good stretching exercise. I'm just curious if you have tried BTC Stretches with LENGTHMASTER?

session 92 part 1

BPSFL before - 8.375”

length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way.

Totalman extender - 2 hrs. 4mm cord + 2 booster bands

BPSFL during extender - 9”
BPSFL after taking off extender - 8.875”

going to start logging part 1 and 2 of each session seperately so I don’t forget them. My flaccid was huge this morning and my girl totally noticed yesterday on our date night as she kept touching it during the movie and made comments haha. Gotta love the big flaccid hang

Interesting stuff. I’m thinking about taking more planned rest days. 3 days on and 1 off like squirt inducer man sounds like a pretty good start. I’ll have to think about it

Smart move. Rest is essential according to my personal experiences. Stretch harder and with higher intensity, and then give time for the rest to do it's magic.

I even once in awhile see a length increase (length jump) after a short rest. Some times I take 2 days rest and that is alot for me.
(I haven't watch the video).

How long have you been doing the 1 day on and 1 day off and do rest completely on the day off or are switching to something like girth training
Not even a week.
My volume and frequency is starting crazy low this go around
I actually want to be able to do a length routine for 6 months without any injuries.
I'm a horny mess so ill have sex but no actual PE for the day.

Down the road the goal is to train length only for as long as I can until gains halt.
As in, length sessions are almost an hour (20 minutes now) and im not getting that 2% increase post workout.
When that happens I'll take 3-4 months off completely from length and during that break I will be solely focusing on girth

argh, I forgot to log after each of todays two sessions and work was crazy so I forgot my measurements. One thing I did remeber is my length in the extender the second time at which was 9.375” which is a new PR!

It’s great seeing that on the ruler even if it’s with an extender on

Dammit, you make me wanna break out my noose extender again and wear it after my Lengthmaster 3 sessions.

Actually think I’ll do it to heal in an extended/elongated state while I meditate. Think I need to invest in a better extender soon, like the Silistretcher, as the noose system is just too much pain.
