Try some interval pumping it’s really good for length in the mityvac.

Pump up real quick to your desired pressure hold it for 1 or 2 minutes of your choice taking a 5 minute break every 10 minutes and quickly release the pressure and pump back up fast as possible to stretch out the tunica and penis again and repeat.
I might give that a try, just experimenting with the MityVac as of now.
 
Did my new morning and evening routine this morning consisting of 5 mins lig and ball stretches 6 sets of 5 directions, bundled stretches(1 min holds).
Finished that off with 2x5 mins in the MityVac.

This will be my routine for now, until my lengthmaster arrives.
 
My penis is, after only 2 times in the MityVac(yesterday evening and this morning)already hanging a bit lower and fuller. Think the fact that I used the siliring for an hour after doing my routine contributed to that fact.

I must admit that I went up to between 15hg-20hg the last minute in the pump, read on here its not wise to go beyond 10hg but at that pressure it felt like nothing, only started really feeling the stretch when I came up 15hg.

Will just experiment with higher pressures though only for 1-2 min of the full 5 mins I spend inside the tube. As of now I’m just really looking forward to my evening session as I can’t wait to finish off my stretching with the MityVac, so glad I decided to buy a proper pumping system with a gauge. Can’t prais the MityVac enough despite only having used it twice.

Now it’s time to break my fast, walk my dog again and then do my daily fitness regimen. Hoping all my brethren of MOS are having as good a day as I am having.
 
Evening routine done and I just had to break out the ruler as I reached 20 cm in the tube and color me shocked but I actually measured almost exactly 20 cm outside the tube as well. I actually touched the 20 cm mark, several times.

That was a very pleasing surprise, just had to measure since my erect unit looked a bit bigger than usual after the pumping. Hoping the trend continues.

Awesome news. You will be at a permanent 8 inches pretty soon I believe. Temporary gains lead to permanent gains. Just add the LENGTHMASTER 3 and you will be unstoppable.

Thank you very much, and I sure hope so too. Good to hear the temporary stuff leads to permanent gains.
And next week the lengthmaster is finally here, can’t wait to test it out and get those gaaainzz, haha.

Yes, this true! Anything 10HG is considered high pressure and dangerous just not for newbie’s, but vets as well.

You can pump up at higher pressures to reveal more length just be careful and cautious.

I currently pump up at the following pressures for 5 minutes each 8-HG, 10HG, 10-HG, 12-HG with a 5 minute break every 10 minutes to avoid injury.

Warning:
Too things that can damage your erections are pumping too high in pressure or staying too long in the pump.

I do pumped up to 15 to 20 hg sometimes on my last set for a minute before completion.

Thank you very much for your input brother, and yes I’m extra cautious when going up to and even a bit beyond 15hg.
Always making sure my unit is warm and pliable and if I feel like the pressure is too much I quickly release it.

Keeping my sets to a maximum of 5 minutes as well, and as you do too I only stay at the higher pressure for a minute or almost two. Dont wanna hurt my one and only penis, that would not be any good. Still waking up with morning erections and no problems getting erect for the pumping, so taking those as good signs.
 
Did my two routines yesterday with 6 sets of 1 min hold(bundled) stretches and 2x5 min pumping. Wearing the siliring for at least an hour after every workout and when I do my daily fitness regime, also found wearing the siliring when taking my pre-workout cold shower really prevents any cold water turtling.

Honestly amazed of what the pumping with the MityVac and wearing the siliring have done for my flaccid size in only 3 days as I wake up with the same post pump girth and length as the day before.

I really, really like the wearing the siliring after my workouts as it adds that extra length and girth on my flaccid size. Though I have ordered a Innerwear to keep my penis elongated throughout the whole day but now I don’t even know if I’ll wear it as I’m so satisfied with the results of something as simple, yet genious as the siliring.

Aaahh, but that’s a good «problem» to have, having two flaccid size products to choose from.
 
Feeling extra good these days I must admit and it’s much thanks to this forum and brotherhood on here. My PE journey is going better than ever as I have never in my life been so motivated to keep on grinding until I reach 9x6.5 inches.

Also the fact that my trough/lowest my testosterone levels go to is 657ng/dL(or 22.8nmol/L) total testosterone and 13,7ng/dL free testosterone which is pretty damn high levels considering I only inject every 9’th week. Too happy about that as it means I for the majority of those 9 weeks I have a even higher testosterone level.

My fitness regimen is also going superb, working out hard for 50-60 mins every day and both feeling and looking good.
So my M.B.D(mind, body and dick) is all on top and getting even better as I do only good things for it like staying away from alcohol, just to name an example.

I have struggled a lot with depression much due to that I have ADHD and used to be a junkie though these days I’m not even close to feeling depressed or anything like that, which is a blessing. So glad I’m finally properly medicated for my ADHD as because of that I have lost absolutely all interest in doing drugs.

Though I believe finding this forum and brotherhood has helped me the most, no joke, as this forum is the best forum I have ever joined in my life. So much love and respect to all my brethren on here.

This forum have by the way, changed my life completely. It's like I had a paradigm shift in my life. I see the world completely differently.

It's not only about the penis size, it's more about the character/person you become after applying super strict discipline on yourself. Without discipline there will not be any bigger penis. I even tell myself in the middle of stretching my inner penis hard.

I can relate to you when you talk about ADHD, and depression. I believe I have been depressed my entire life practically. It's called I believe, hidden depression. It's so normal fir you that you do not even know you are depressed. ADHD medication have helped me a lot as well, would not be here without it.

ADHD is not easy to have (I have this superbrain myself). When you live in a world that tries to conform you to normal sh&#t (for example: sitting on a chair for hours). It's like you are inside of a dryer machine (rotating with 80 0000 rpm/minute), when growing up...and then when you become an adult and get some professional help and after hard life experiences, everything gets much better. I always felt diffrent ...but always loved yourself. My environment was not always the best. This brotherhood have made me feel more normal. But who wants to be normal right?

So awesome your M.B.D(mind, body and dick) are looking good. Staying away from alcohol is the best, this will also in my belief promote fastest growth (I do not drink it).

I have learned much from you. I will look into TRT later when my levels start to drop when I get older. Awesome your levels are good.
I refuse to walk around with a skeletal body. You need muscle mass for health reasons. Low testosterone levels also are determental to bone density and longevity.
