Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

I let others answer this question, since I have only done either only girthwork or, only lengthwork. I have never done them simultaneously.

I would love to, if you incoperated my stretching program and gained 1 inch in length (BPEL) in a short time frame.
I simply would love that too, having high hopes with following your program though any gain will be a cause for celebration.
And believe you me I will do exactly as you say hoping to gain at a rapid pace like you most certainly have.

We will then prove once for all, that everyone can grow fast (it's not genetics).
But the key is to stretch really hard, both the outer penis and the inner penis simultaneously, in every single stretch. It's probably so hard that many may think it's pain. But it's not. It's the feeling of awesome growth.

THIS post has now made my decision to focus on length only for now that much easier. I’ll reluctantly give up pumping for some time as I REALLY want to reach those 9 inches.

Yes, let’s go for that, proving to everyone that your method works for everyone, so glad to know I’ve got you in my corner, guiding me to the lands of length gains.

And I will learn to enjoy the lengthmaster pain as I enjoy the pain of working out, as you say it’s the feeling of awesome growth which is a mantra I’ll happily adopt.

Will even do 2 sets more of bundled stretching when I do my routine for the day, just so I know that I have stretched all I can for the day(my hands and forearms gets really tired from those 1 min holds).

And yes, soon, very soon the lengthmaster will be here, just called and checked with the post and they said it’s sorted out and it’ll be shipped to my address during the coming night.

So now I just have to resist the temptation to use my MityVac. Will just look at it for now I guess, haha.

I’m dead serious about gaining length so if that means giving up pumping, jelqing and SSJ for now then so be it.

Also focusing on length only for now means I can follow your program of stretching 2 times per day, if I had to do the girth work as well it would just be too time consuming
 
Did my usual 10 sets 1 min hold bundled stretches, 120 jelqs, SSJ/pumping and 22 min of extending yesterday.

Though from today and until the unforseeable future I will focus on length only, thinking about doing two routines per day of stretching doing 6 sets of 1 min hold bundled stretches once in the AM and once in the PM and always finish off with about 30 mins of extending.

Each round of stretching will take me about 40 mins each, which I think is a good total time of 1h20mins to aim for. Not including the balls and lig stretch, including that too it’ll take me 50 mins each round for a total of 1h40mins.
 
I really, really want to test out my MityVac today though gotta focus on length first is what I’m telling myself.

Just writing it out here so I don’t have to let it fester in my mind, haha. I’ve said I’m going to follow what @squirt_inducer_man says and has done to FINALLY get to my dream length of 9 inches.

It’s just that I’ve gotten too used to do length and girth work at the same time, so gotta get used to doing length work only now for many months, hopefully not THAT many months though.

Yeah, I’m just writing for the sake of writing now and air out my thoughts and I think it’s actually helping.

Must also admit that I just HAD to test out the MityVac and I’m basically filling it up girth wise though luckily more room to go for length. Think I’ll have to go back on what I said earlier as I REALLY love to pump and with me filling it up girth wise there’s only one way left to go: length, which now makes my pumping mostly a length exercise.

That will for sure be a length exercise.
LENGTHMASTER 3 AND MityVac it can't be better than that.
 
How is your program going to be?
Maybe: One session of LENGTHMASTER 3 in the morning, and one session of girthwork in the evening?
(just a suggestion).
I like your suggestion though I was thinking lengthmaster and MityVac both morning and evening. Won’t be doing any serious girth work for some months. Put jelqing and SSJ on the backburner for now.

What do you think?
 
Wuhuu, so glad you said that brother then I’ll keep on stretching and pumping. Given up on the jelqing and SSJ for now.
And next week I’ll finally have the lengthmaster 3 as well, may that and the MityVac give me good length gains as you have had and keep on having.

Ever since you joined this forum, I immediately knew you had what it took. From watching some of your youtube videos, to talking to you here, and reading your posts. I know you will do anything to get to your goals.

I believe you also will not be afraid of stretching hard. That's the key from my "short" experience in PE. Stretch hard so you automatically are doing reverse Kegels during every single stretch, so you will hit your inner penis hard. A steady progrssion and you will get to BTC stretches in a short time frame.

You and this whole brotherhood keeps me motivated, that’s for sure.

You keep me motivated as well.

For me it feels like a big mountain to climb right now. Early mornings, super tired at work (some days I feel like a Zombie)... to get my sessions in. But if I do this for 6 more months I will be a happy man. Time flies by.

Let's motivated each other to keep going, no matter what happens.

Sounds like a very good plan and nice to hear I motivate you as well.

And believe me I know how it is to juggle worklife with everything else one wants and needs to do, it can get exhausting to say the least.

Just keep on doing what you’re doing my brother and you’ll definitely get there in the end, only six months to go and you are there. It’s a piece of cake, so you got this, no doubt in my mind.

"Piece of cake"; That was a good choice of words. You are correct, I just need to keep this program going now. Only six more months. Can't believe It will be 1 year of doing lengthwork then. Time goes so fast when you have fun.

Try some interval pumping it’s really good for length in the mityvac.

Pump up real quick to your desired pressure hold it for 1 or 2 minutes of your choice taking a 5 minute break every 10 minutes and quickly release the pressure and pump back up fast as possible to stretch out the tunica and penis again and repeat.
