Hot Towel too often? During rest?

I have found that I am a little sore on my rest days and have decided to take ~2 days off...

I have found that even after a hot towel and some very light stretching I am a little sore.

Is there any benefit to using a tow towel periodically throughout the day, just to encourage healing?

yes the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap he mentions will help you heal elongated. I actually use a cool pack on my cock when I am very sore followed by heat. The couple times I've mentioned this someone always comments that coolness on the cock is crazy but it works just the same as a cool pack on a sore muscle or other tissue types of joints. always follow with heat a light massage. ill do 10 minutes coolness followed by 10 mins heat then massage for however long i want. and try to avoid masturbating after this little series.
 
A little while back someone did an experiment to see how cooling instead of heating affected growth. I don't remember the results, if they were ever posted.
 
I have heard mixed things about wrapping, but it probably couldn't hurt to try...

not sure about one over the other either. i do them both...cool then warm. i wouldn't think cool only would be great in any way. might not be bad either but i wont be doing that exeriment

Cold water has been shown to increase blood flow as well as energy, so I can see it helping. But on the other hand, it could cause the penis to contract, thus hindering gains. Two opposite effects and either one would make sense.
 
right...cold water pushes blood out then as the area heats up whether naturally or with an external heat source applied blood flow returns. the penis will contract which i why i use heat after then elongate whether with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or just my all day/night wrap

I have always liked long heating pad sessions for healing after training but this is continuous over a few hours.

You need to rest until you are completely healed. Don't be in a hurry. Make PE a lifestyle and you will find peace in your sex life.
