Broomstick stretch: BTC (Behind The Cheeks) with inner penis stretch.

Description:
Bundled your penis and stretch it, as if you are going to do a regular bundled BTC (Behind The Cheeks) to the right stretch.
Then you use the broomstick to deform and stretch the penis (Tunica albuginea) even more. You pull with your right hand to the side, as you simultaneously push the broomstick forward and to the left. You will feel a lot of inner penis stretch as well. Of course you do this stretch at the other side as well (left side), and then everything becomes opposite.

This exercise is validated by me and it works. If you need confirmation you can look in my Logbook.
I used this stretch and others (will upload the others later) to get my newbie gains of +1 inch (BPEL).

I'm using new materials in this video to indicate, how easy it is to wrap your penis when you have a lot of foreskin. If you have foreskin you can use the lengthmaster.



In the video I'm using red penis wrapping tape over the bandage. But it's the same tape, that you can buy in the MOS Shop.

The tape is called: PENIS WRAPPING TAPE. Just search in MOS SHOP and you will find it.
I also suggest that you wash your THERABAND pieces (2) in order to remove the powder that's on them when they are new. Just use cold water to wash them (no soap). This allows the THERABAND to stick to your skin when you wind them around your penis.

Notes:
If you have problem to apply the THERABAND due to a short flaccid penis.
I suggest that you do Ball & Lig Stretch / Testicles Health Massage in front of a heat source beforehand (MOS-RED or a heating fan) for 10 minutes.

This will increase your flaccid penis, and it will be easier to wrap your penis.

Question 1: Prevents the skin from my ball sack to get stuck in the chamber and makes it easier to wrap. Keep the balls away.


Question 2: 2 theraband to cover my entire penis. I have a small flaccid. With only one theraband I can't cover my entire shaft with theraband (due to foreskin). But I can use one piece of THERABAND now, since my flaccid are longer. But I feel most comfortable with 2 pieces of THERABAND.

Maybe it works with one piece of THERABAND for you?
 
Ball & Lig Stretch:
This exercise will make your balls hang lower (your penis will also hang lower) and it will reduce/remove your turkey neck.


You don't need to do it perfectly.
The important thing is that you stretch.

I upload this unperfected video, to show the brothers that you don't need to do anything perfect.
The sooner you start the sooner you will have a big penis. If you don't have equipment, don't wait
until you have your equipment perfect. This is the completely wrong mindset to have. You need discipline and daily stretching to make permanent changes happening. If you wait for example, for the LENGTHMASTER 3 to arrive before you start to stretch, you have lost gains that you would have gotten if you just had started manual exercises with your hands.

This is a great visualization of the ball and lig stretch. I’m adding this to my routine. Thanks for posting it.
 
Maybe I need to film myself from the backside to get a video of my routine of the BTC bundled stretch?

It will be similar to this video:
LENGTHMASTER 3 bundled stretches, behind the ass (Abbrivation: LM b.ASS).

But you will be able to see more in detail, of how exactly I use my hands when I stretch.

I don't really want to spend over $100 on a tripod, just so I can film myself from above.

Will this be okay for you guys?

What I have learned from @DLD (through his FAQ videos) is that there is no genetic factor into how fast you will grow. So my belief is that if everyone would stretch as I do (use my program), they would also gain fast.

You must stretch hard and during a long time (5 minutes per stretch) and stretch your inner penis hard (in every stretch), in order to gain length fast. It's like you are digging for the best angel so you will stretch with maximum intensity in your inner penis. Where the "pain" is at, you must stretch hard. A video would explain this concept. Maybe the technic should be called: Digging for inner penis.

You must relax into the "pain", and just enjoy the stretch for maximum elongation. It's physically impossible to stretch to hard, your brain would not allow that. I have noticed that some may be afraid for the stretching "pain". It's not pain for me, it's just a hard stretch in the inner penis. And I love it. ❤
But keeping your tissue warm is essential for this as well. Even if I attach LENGTHMASTER 3 directly behind the glans, the inner penis gets a good stretch.

When I stretch hard I get ~ 1 inch of temporary elongation of my penis after the session is done (I measured one time), BPFSL value.

It's important to angle the LENGTHMASTER in relation to your glans, to prevent overpressure. This photo from MOS SHOP is a good description in how you should stretch.

That is, you should not pull straight at the glans. If you do that, you will not be able to stretch with the most force. But in some positions you can do that. This kind of style of stretching requires wrist, finger and hand strength.

More about the style of stretching that is showed in the video.

In the video I'm stretching 1 set.
First 5 minutes I bundle to the right, and the last 5 minutes I bundle to the left. I believe I do one rotation now, some sets I do 2 rotations of my penis. I hold each stretch for 5 minutes, but I reposition the stretching angel from time to time, in that 5 minute stretch.

Most sets I attach behind the glans, and some sets I feel like I need to target more inner penis, so then I attach at the base.

So in the video you are seeing one set. I do 2 sets per session. Total time per session 20 minutes.

I split it up so I take a rest between the sets. During the rest I detach from the chamber, unwrap my penis and sit in front of a car interior heater and massage my penis. Keeping your penis warm is important for maximum elongation during the session. A room temperature of ~ 30°C/86°F is optimal for optimal gains.

If you really want to study what I'm doing I suggest that you watch the entire video in detail, you will also then see the variations of the stretches and my body positions. There are details that do not show up in the video as well. You will see that I'm "digging for inner penis", and sometimes I find a good spot, and hold that for a while.

What I also do from time to time is that I lock the lengthmaster in a good stretch on my back. I don't know if this is shown in the video. This is the reason I apply Magnesium Carbonate (🔗 See video) on my arms and my back for better grip, so I do not slide with my arms on my back.

So you stretch like the picure above (picure from MOS SHOP) most of the time, but sometimes you feel a spot/stretch position, where you can target your inner penis really good by locking the lengthmaster on your back, and pull upward. But the pressure on the glans will be greater, but with time you will learn the amount of force you need.
This is true: As much force as possible, in a safe way.
Always talk to your penis.

Pain is a subjective matter. There is good pain and bad pain. But I believe if you are scared from the good "pain" when you stretch with the lengthmaster. You will not be able to dig into the tissue and stretch the entire penis deeply, including inner penis. This is the key.
In the end of the video, I'm shaking from the static hold (did grip strength exercises yesterday) and my left hand started to cramp.

This is really hard to explain in words, the video are showing some of my techniques but not all of them. I will probably need more videos in the future to show specific stretch holds that I'm doing. I want to explain everything now, but I need to split it up with a series of videos. I have only one camera, so I cannot get multiple angels

Just ask me anything, if you have any questions about this.

By the way, this is an advanced stretching technique, but you can pretty fast progress to this if you want to, even if you are new to the lengthmaster, and penis enlargement. If you have questions about this, just ask me.
