What I have learned from @DLD (through his FAQ videos) is that there is no genetic factor into how fast you will grow. So my belief is that if everyone would stretch as I do (use my program), they would also gain fast.
You must stretch hard and during a long time (5 minutes per stretch) and stretch your inner penis hard (in every stretch), in order to gain length fast. It's like you are digging for the best angel so you will stretch with maximum intensity in your inner penis. Where the "pain" is at, you must stretch hard. A video would explain this concept. Maybe the technic should be called: Digging for inner penis.
You must relax into the "pain", and just enjoy the stretch for maximum elongation. It's physically impossible to stretch to hard, your brain would not allow that. I have noticed that some may be afraid for the stretching "pain". It's not pain for me, it's just a hard stretch in the inner penis. And I love it. ❤
But keeping your tissue warm is essential for this as well. Even if I attach LENGTHMASTER 3 directly behind the glans, the inner penis gets a good stretch.
When I stretch hard I get ~ 1 inch of temporary elongation of my penis after the session is done (I measured one time), BPFSL value.
It's important to angle the LENGTHMASTER in relation to your glans, to prevent overpressure. This photo from MOS SHOP is a good description in how you should stretch.

That is, you should not pull straight at the glans. If you do that, you will not be able to stretch with the most force. But in some positions you can do that. This kind of style of stretching requires wrist, finger and hand strength.

In the video I'm stretching 1 set.
First 5 minutes I bundle to the right, and the last 5 minutes I bundle to the left. I believe I do one rotation now, some sets I do 2 rotations of my penis. I hold each stretch for 5 minutes, but I reposition the stretching angel from time to time, in that 5 minute stretch.
Most sets I attach behind the glans, and some sets I feel like I need to target more inner penis, so then I attach at the base.
So in the video you are seeing one set. I do 2 sets per session. Total time per session 20 minutes.
I split it up so I take a rest between the sets. During the rest I detach from the chamber, unwrap my penis and sit in front of a car interior heater and massage my penis. Keeping your penis warm is important for maximum elongation during the session. A room temperature of ~ 30°C/86°F is optimal for optimal gains.
If you really want to study what I'm doing I suggest that you watch the entire video in detail, you will also then see the variations of the stretches and my body positions. There are details that do not show up in the video as well. You will see that I'm "digging for inner penis", and sometimes I find a good spot, and hold that for a while.
What I also do from time to time is that I lock the lengthmaster in a good stretch on my back. I don't know if this is shown in the video. This is the reason I apply Magnesium Carbonate (
See video) on my arms and my back for better grip, so I do not slide with my arms on my back.
So you stretch like the picure above (picure from MOS SHOP) most of the time, but sometimes you feel a spot/stretch position, where you can target your inner penis really good by locking the lengthmaster on your back, and pull upward. But the pressure on the glans will be greater, but with time you will learn the amount of force you need.
This is true: As much force as possible, in a safe way.
Always talk to your penis.
Pain is a subjective matter. There is good pain and bad pain. But I believe if you are scared from the good "pain" when you stretch with the lengthmaster. You will not be able to dig into the tissue and stretch the entire penis deeply, including inner penis. This is the key.
In the end of the video, I'm shaking from the static hold (did grip strength exercises yesterday) and my left hand started to cramp.
This is really hard to explain in words, the video are showing some of my techniques but not all of them. I will probably need more videos in the future to show specific stretch holds that I'm doing. I want to explain everything now, but I need to split it up with a series of videos. I have only one camera, so I cannot get multiple angels
