Okey I understand. But maybe you are to hard on yourself?I’m still doing my exercises as normally, but I’m kind of getting lazy which is not good. Usually if I’m watching adult entertainment, I do not want to exercise or do any form of PE. So my saying is if I have time to watch adult entertainment or masturbate, I have time to grow my dick.
My addiction is beyond normal. Like I need to kick it.
Sometimes when we try to get away from something it gets a closer grasp of us. If you focus on other things maybe adult entertainment watching will subside, or it will not feel as important anymore.
To change a behavior or modify it, we need often to replace them with other behaviors. It's hard, if not impossible to force away a behavior without replacing it with something else. Sometimes we try to think away something, but this makes us focus more on that. I should not do that...and then we sit there and doing exactly what we didn't wanted to do.
You are not alone. I have an addiction to my smartphone. I'm up but I need sleep, an early morning tomorrow. I know if I would reduce my screen time. Oh man...I would be unstoppable.
