One Minute Stretch of Each Below 1 set. 5 Minutes.

Hanging using the LengthMaster:

7 Set’s Of 7.5 lbs total 35 Minutes.

8 Set’s Of 2 Minutes under pressure 5hg to 6hg total 16 Minutes.

30 Minutes To An Hour Cock-ring Expanded Healing.

Tomorrow I will incorporate 15 Minutes of bundles during the day before my main routine at night.

I’m really considering getting the silistrecher for hanging instead of using the LM.

@DLD @huge-girth What’s your thoughts on vacuum hanging compared to compression hanging? I mean is one better than the other.

I really what to try something different for more comfortability wise.

I don't know much about hanging. I think DLD is in a better position to advice you on this.

Why not ask @MosMaster if I'm not incorrect, he's doing that right now.
Without being an expert on hanging I'd say the advantage of vacuum hanging is you can do it for longer periods without having to detach. I've hanged for 2+ hours without any problems.
Vacuum hanging being more targeted at the shaft due to the glans attachment and you'll also have a good expansion of the glans being in vacuum.

With compression hanging it's recommended to detach every 20 mins for blood flow. The advantage of compression hanging I'd say though is that you can attach it low/at the base so you'll have more of a 'expressive' hanging for inner penis. I also tried today to do bundled hanging, using the full stack length master (compression chamber + LM handles, the handles behind legs to prevent the set up to be 'unbundled') and then you can actually do bundled expressive hanging which I would say is extremely effective so that's clearly a benefit as well.

Thank you so much for the replies :) It’s just that I’m getting tired of detaching the LM every 15 minutes. I guess it’s a price I have to pay though.

I am hanging for longer periods of time so a vacuum hanger might make sense.
