Yeah that LM is gonna give atleast one inch the first 3 months i believe if you’re consistent

New years so January 1st but what from i can tell my girl can tell it’s slightly getting longer and MY EQ is amazing from the stretches or maybe the jump ropes ?

@DLD i’m hungry i can’t stay the same as yesterday i gotta improve everyday ??

And every day you do improve! but never lose that hunger. I was starved for growth so I ate at the PE smorgasbord until I got what I wanted!

Im back, not sure what’s happening to the forum but hopefully a daily log of straight work will be beneficial.

Main focus: Length

Routine:
Warmup ( 5 mins ) MSing ( 20 mins ) Hanging ( 3 x 15 mins with 5 lbs last set 2.5 lbs ) ADS golf weight method ( as long as possible )

Breakdown: The warm up is done when i’m done working out leading to no erection problems during length work, light stretches in the warm shower i’m taking to loosen up the dick ( of course cleaning ?) Dry up, go straight into MSing all angles behind the butt cheeks as well ( good ass stretch even in the name ? ) i even throw in some fulcrum stretches, v stretch , DLD blasters , twist stretches for tunica stretch all done in those 20 minutes Usually you would wanna hit all angles first then freestyle the stretches then we would proceed to the hanging which i have ( The MaleHanger ) should’ve gotten the all in one LM ? BUT who cares, 2 x 5 lbs 15 min hanging, finishing off the set 2.5 lbs 15 mins ( i call it the relax pull so it won’t turtle ) then we slap on our ADS for the rest of the day til i sleep. Take off ADS give your dick a 360 no scope home series homer stretch for a good 30 secs with a power stretch for 30 secs.

Would’ve : Jelps would be awesome for this routine but my ADS doesn’t allow me to due to the rings not being too wide also the routine is gonna switch once i get more work in

Any recommendations to add into the routine just comment i’ll be logging my data here

Stats - will be here soon once i measure

Devices - Hands, golf weights, Hanger ,
Also have SG and Bathmate but that’s not on til later use
