Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Sgprecision, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Hi DLD...been casually lurking for many years. Decided this year to get serious. A few months ago bought the bath mate and then the stealth stretcher kit. Was never really planning on measuring but I am going to start as I have seen some nice visual improvements. Going to need a routine that takes less time and more ads works because of a new baby.

Do you have a plan for a routine yet? If so let me know what it is so I can help you refine it

I’ve been mixing it up getting used to the equipment. Biggest problem is all of the sleeves that came with the kit either have ripped or deformed. Lately I’ve been doing 4 hours in the traction device with the vacuum attachment. 1 hour or more I do bundled in the device. Then I do 4 more hours in the silistretcher belt. At night I do 5x5x3 with the bath mate. I don’t have the time or the privacy space to do a lot of manual excercises. The 5x5x3 is pushing it. I know a LM would really help. I need some more sleeves for the vacuum bells and for healing time, just not happy with how long the originals lasted.

If you have had any issues with any of our products know that we stand behind them 100%. If you ripped your sleeves send a picture to sales@mattersofsize.com they will hook you up with replacements. The LM is a wonderful tool and I think it’s the first tool that every brother here should buy. Your routine looks good from where I’m standing now I highly recommend you start a progress thread. This will help me and your other brothers help you remain consistent and it helps you inspire other people looking on

On the way is the LM and I upgraded my bath mate to the mityvac as well as more sleeves so I can use the stretcher again. Is there a way to pm to swap details before I make a progress post?
