Infrared + Manual Stretches 10 min

Still nursing this blister so I'm doing my best not to touch anywhere near it (at base). I've used a cheap air pump that I got a while back the last couple days because I want to get used to air pumping when my Mityvac arrives.

How did you get the blister?
Yeah I get those from hanging sometimes and have to be very careful. Blisters suck. Heal up before you go hard again man.I'm guessing it was from the clamp, going to hold off on using it for a bit and not go as tight when I resume.
