You are all set up my brother! How much time can you dedicate to this routine every day? What are your goals as far as size is concerned and how long would you like to accomplish it? Last question are you more interested in one over the other, meaning length or girth?

Honestly yes I moreso want girth. But if the silistretcher does its job it will give me length as well I would think.

Starting stats :
BPEL: 6.5-6.7in-ish
EG:4.5-..4.8 around Base

Current around 6.5in NBPEL/ 4.7in Girth

Long term goal is 7.5in NBPEL and 6in girth.
Short term goal is 7 NBPEL/5.5 girth( want this girth as soon as possible, length can come gradually)

Both cemented gains!!

Time Dedication:
I can dedicate whatever time is needed and I would hope to accomplish this goal (short term) by September 1 preferably. I'm generally free to silistretch all day. and can dedicate a solid 4/5 hours a day of work if necessary. Would like to maybe do two sessions a day on certain days if necessary.

Also, I notice that the silistretcher may remove my curvature and I do not want that. I have a slight curve to the left which I want to keep. Is this something I can control?

For my workout, can you include a "lazy day" workout this would be something I can do w/ or w/o my tools but will still promote in progressing and/or cementing my gains.

yes I do! I still am wondering if you have a pump so I can create that routine for you.

In that case I’m gonna put you on the 5×5×3 that you can find in SRT. It takes about 35 minutes and you’ll see incredible expansion after one session. It’s a combination of pumping for five minutes followed up with SSJ for five minutes. The brings incredible tissue expansion while keeping all fluid retention under control.

The only thing I would add is a cock ring to use after the 5×5×3. You may also want to invest some time into the testicle health massage and stretch, this really helps with flaccid size and gives you a great hang. You’ll find it in the Newbie Routine

Perfect, Have been doing the THMS and have seen great results thus far. Also use the cock ring at times too.

Should I stop stretching With the length master sense I just want girth for now?
 
6/28/20 Update

Definitely noticing length gains more than girth gains. However, I have seen slight increases in girth so far.

Post workout size has been around 5.2 in for girth. Cant really get a good measurement for length. EQ Quality hasn't been great.

Feel that the use of the silisleeves are slowing my potential girth gains too, however it is helping the length gains.

Think I'll test not using it with the hydropump and when doing jelqs and flattening rolls (cant think of what you guys call them) to compare post work sizes..
 
6/29/20 Update

Kind of put my own routine together based off some things I saw while searching: Think im going to add LM work to this maybe before morning and night sets just for purpose of stretching.

10:00am (Morning Routine)
Air pumping with mity vac 10-15 mins low/moderate pressure x3
Jelqs and edging between sets. Also Candle Rolls. (roll candle Jar along Erect penis on flat surface to force expansion.)

Apply silirings below gland and at base (roughly10 mins)

2:00PM (Afternoon Routine)
Hydropumping 10 mins (low/moderate pressure) x 3

Apply silirings below gland and at base (roughly10 mins)

9:00PM (Night Routine)
5x5x3 with SSJ's

Apply silirings below glands and at base (roughly 10 mins)

Think I will run this for 7-14 days and see if I like it. Also doing about 1000-2000 kegels throughout the day.

I have stopped using the silistretcher because I do not care for length at the moment (stretcher definitely produces length!)

Also, I am going to take a break from using the silisleeve due to my mind telling me that I can produce girth gains faster without it. Will see if I like the results after 14 days without better.

Have decided I will not measure again until July 15. I measure way too much and need to focus more on just PE'ing.

Prayerfully I will see some type of gains by July 15!!

end of night:
Attempted to do the 5x5x3 but was very fatigued. This was my first time being fatigued after a routine so I'm assuming that's something good!

Will attempt full routine again tomorrow.

6/30/20:

10:00am (Morning Routine)
Airpumping for about 30 mins rows sets at low to moderate pressure.

Noticing better expansion if I am not fully erect when pumping. Also noticing that if the tip of my penis has a bend forward, the expansion is better as oppose to being straight.

*I am kind of using an agile method in a sense of eliminating what isn't working while continuously improving on what is giving me better results.

I referenced another thread of a guy who has been absent for some time from the forum and looked a little deeper into what he is saying worked for him (I am a very innovative person. In my mind There is always an easier way of something).

Again I am aiming for a 14 day window of strictly girth. Day 15-28 I will focus on length. We will all see how it goes. I definitely don't know a lot but I like to put my spin on things. Especially if I can add value.

If you are only looking for girth now I suggest you only work on girth. So stop length work and implement more girth work.
 
Have not PE'd since last Tuesday. few things I have learned. PE breaks are a no-no. I travel between two different cities and in one city I have total privacy. the other, almost none at all. Also, cold water pools are the enemy. almost all the gains I was seeing are gone. Could be exaggerating however I have not measured and don't plan to until the 15th. I think since I want to focus on girth, when I change cities I will focus on length. I definitely see/believe that you can grow your penis.

Also, I received oral sex from a girl the other day and had to force myself to nut. It was the first time ever that occurred. Noticed reducing/eliminating the kegels was the solution. you guys def know what you are talking about.

If you’re going to focus strictly on length we should put a routine together for that reflects that. How much time do you have every day to train Between these two locations? What size are you now and how big do you want to do? Do you own any equipment or tools? Would you like to go completely manual or do you want to go with tools? Let me know some of these answers and I can help get to work on a routine.

OK make sure you take a very good initial measurement and put that into your progress log. That’s going to be imperial evidence of your growth. You have every available tool but let’s concentrate on length first.

I would like to keep this routine is close to SRT as possible so we take advantage of all the healing and gaining techniques.

30 minutes
5 minutes of each stretch
Straight Down
Straight Out
Straight Up
Bundled

PowerAssist Stretching
Choose from list 2 exercises you are most comfortable with.

Manual Stetching
Erect Stretches 5 minutes 3-4 days a week
Behind The Cheeks Stretching 5 minutes daily
DLD Blasters 5 minutes daily

SiliStretcher Stretching
After training wear at full intensity for 1 hour. After that wear it passively for as many hours as possible, even at night. When I say passive I mean at a moderate tension. Why do you want to do this is to cement or make peryour length gains.

Last but not least do the testicle health massage and stretch every day for five minutes. This exercise is found in the Newbie Routine. This exercise will help you get a much heavier longer flaccid penis.

and do not skip Kegels! As many as you can possibly do. These will give you very hard erections.
