Beginning with MOS pt. 2

Weird last few weeks, irregular daily routines and work. Haven’t been consistent, until now. My backstory is under: beginning with mos - during that initial 7 weeks, I started a consistent stretching routine using basic stretches, hanging and wearing of an PF ADS. I gained a decent amount of length. I will go back and add another entry of start and finish of those seven weeks and a majority of the routine I used to get there. I’m starting a new progress, because I’m more dialed into what I am doing, and want to be more concise with my progress and measurements from now on. My last thread was a little all over the place with ideas and routines.

At the beginning of the 7 weeks my numbers were:
BPFSL: 7.125”
BPEL: 6.875”
NBPEL: 5.75”
MSEG: 4.5”

At the end of the 7 weeks my numbers were:
BPFSL: 7.5” +0.375 (3/8”)
BPEL: 7.25” +0.375
NBPEL: 6.0”. +0.25
MSEG: 4.675”. +0.125

My common routine that I give most credit to those length gains to is:
15 minutes stretching - BTC, SO bundled, SU
12 minutes hanging. - 1/2 @ 3lbs - 1/2 @ 6lbs
Sleep in Phallosan Forte ADS for average 4hrs daily

the only measurement I did today before starting again is a BPFSL measurement which was still 7.5”
I just wanted to make sure I didn’t lose to much not doing PE the last 2-3 weeks.
 
Nice man! It feels great to go back to PE with a new mindset, and like most of us, ya learn to love it! Nice gains too in a pretty short amount of time, with that routine ? and oh, welcome back!

Been at it for a few days now. Family is home all the time now, haha. So my routines have been short. Attempting to do 2/day, but haven’t yet.

I have a Vac extender that came with a elastic band. I use the head attachment and band to do all my stretching. Keeps it hands free and easy. I just put on the head attachment. Band the strap to something low. Do my BTC stretch’s. Straight, Left and then Right. Then I turn facing the mounting point and do a Straight out bundled stretch. 30 seconds each direction a few times. Then remount the strap up high the get that last straight up, left and right stretch. I love it. Makes it easy and fun for me. I use the same device for hanging as well. It’s the penismaster pro.

Ive gotten 18 minute sessions daily as well as a few hours in the ADS immediately afterward. I set up my
Timer. Here’s how I break it down currently

0-2min - BTC, L, R
2-4min - SO bundled
4-6min - SU, L, R
6-12 min - Hang @ 3lbs
12-18min - Hang @ 6lbs

If I can add either a second session or increase duration of main session, I will.

Always a pain when folk are around, family's hey lol. Anyway least your getting something in which is the main thing to keep consistency going
 
Been at it for a few days now. Family is home all the time now, haha. So my routines have been short. Attempting to do 2/day, but haven’t yet.

It looks like you’re going for a length only routine which I think is smart because it puts your full concentration on one thing. I would suggest that you add in bundle stretching for five minutes before you start to hang.
 
Well. Plans didn’t go the way I wanted. I was doing my routine there for a bit, then had to rush to work (remote work away from home - 3weeks) and I didn’t pack my PE stuff?!?!? Why?? Last hitch at work is where I was able to put in my best consistent routine. Just 20 minutes of manual work and sleeping in my ADS.

So now, working with what I have. I got my hands. And an air pump. And a string. Haha. My plan?
Stretch in shower for 6 minutes. BTC and Bundled.
Pump for 15 minutes and then lightly restrict the blood for a duration (going to see the comfort and feel before I see how long I can do it)

unless anyone has any other ideas. I like the length work first routine. Maybe I can come up with some sort of hanging equipment. My main draw back is “healing in an elongated state” by wearing some sort of ADS. Wonder how fast can ship a silistretcher here.

i’m so happy to read this and see that you have read the SRT routine completely. It’s very obvious when people do this because they come with some very smart information. I like your work out and I like your state of mind. I suggest you use your pump in the way of SRT by doing the 5×5×3. for girth healing is important so I would pick up a cheap cock ring to heal with. As far as length goes there’s no better way to cement your games then with the SiliStretcher. It arrives in about four days. Healing is just as important as gaining.
 
I was able to do PE probably 15 out of 19 days while at work. Stretching, pumping and restricting blood flow to stay in an engorged state. In the beginning I was doing 5 min stretch, 15 min pump and then restrict for 10-15 minutes. By the end stretch was the same, but I was doing 12 min pump, restrict for about 10 min, 12-15 min pump and then end with restrict. Best I could do with what I had.

but now I am home and able to get back into length workout again. Today’s my second day. I’m doing 6 minutes of stretch in all directions, including bundled. Then 3lbs of hanging for 8 minutes, 6lbs of hanging for 6 minutes. Total workout time: 20minutes. I then go into my ADS for at least one hour. At night I am aiming to sleep in it for as many hours I can get. This is day two and I think as I progress, my hanging times will shift to less minutes at the lighter weight and more at the heavy. Eventually, add more minutes to the workout. Probably break it up into two sets. If I have to take a rest day, I will still aim to get some time in the ADS. I will measure next week and also post my beginning stats again.

this sounds exciting I cannot wait for your beginning stats and your laid out routine. I’m subscribed so whenever you post it I will see it and critique it for you.

I use wire to hang some weight (5lbs currently) for about 20 minutes and the take the weight off and set it up as an ADS and wear that for hours. It’s been about 8 days of doing this. I’m about to add a pound or 2. At work so limited to what I have

For the past 10 days. I have been hanging with 5lbs for 20 minutes and then going into the Phallosan Forte for 4-6 hours.

last night, I added a second set, but reduced the time to 18 minutes each. 36 minutes total. Tonight I will bring it up to 2x20 minute sets. I will begin 3 sets of 20 probably in 6 days. From there I will only increase weight and keep at 3x20 minute routine per week until I reevaluate my program and check my progress.

I’ve been using the Phallosan as a hanging device. It’s been working well, I’m unsure how much weight it will handle though. Might have to upgrade to something more stronger eventually. But I like how I can take off the weight when I’m done hanging, keep the device on and just strap on the belt and spring attachment and use it as a ADS.

These are my last measurements I did 7 weeks after I started PE again. The plus is what I gained during that 7 weeks. I don’t know when I will measure again. I see obvious gains, not so much in length, but girth. Kind of weird, but Im not complaining.

I don’t think it’s weird you’re complaining, I’d probably be complaining too but it’s nothing to keep yourself down about. You did make growth so show appreciation for that and where you’re lacking pray for better results. Know that I’m always pulling for you and every brother here. You always make my prayers!

Work on that fat pad by including some aerobic activity. I also suggest doing some expressive stretching to pull some internal penis out. Between these two things you’ll look huge.
 
Last night was the first session of 3x20minutes @ 5lbs. The night before that I did 2x20min then a 1x10min at same weight.

I need to look into some expressive stretching. But I think my plan is to try and keep increasing sets of hanging. Currently at 3 sets. But I think I will try and do one main workout when I have the most privacy and keep it at 3x20minutes - and then before bed get another set in for a total of 4 sets in one day. Goal is at least 10hrs per week.

Of course I’m using the Phallosan to help heal in an extended state also.
 
Expressive stretching is so important to add into your length work as it gives you growTh from a completely different place than usual. It can be done in a few different ways. You can do it with your lengthmaster by clamping at the base and stretching from there. You can do it with your pump by doing hard-core stretches. You can do it manually like gripping at the base and stretching from there.
