TuffDong Motivation

I choose not to measure. My eyes and hands will tell me when I've reached my goal.

FOR SCIENCE! I will end up measuring through this journey, for more detail. I find I am much more motivated when numbers are out of my head though.
@TuffDong if you had to give your structured approach or routine what is it?

I saw your thread and pretty bad ass work.

I see you jelq, pump, hang etc, but not sure if you are using a structure to the routine.

Awesome work!

I hope to one day achieve some awesomeness, but I can’t just talk about it got to put in the work.
 
Hey guys,

Everything is good. I haven't been posting lately. Have a shit ton on my plate these days. Managing my shop, working a lot. Doing what I can to get this other business up and running, which isn't easy when you are starting with $0. Been building the foundation with donations and small scattered sales.

My PE has been spotty with everything going on, and I hope to get back in the groove here shortly. I manage to stretch daily, and hang and pump every now and then. I've have had many changes in my life recently, and I'm pushing through. Adjusting a little bit each day. I won't give up. Born for this, never forced ripe.

Update......

I've been getting back into a steady routine, pumping every day. I've been very consistent with manual work, but was slacking on using devices. Took me one or two sessions to get my conditioning level back up, and now I'm going strong again.

Didn't take a pic of it, but I measured 9"BPEL after the last pump session while strapped with the band and rings. Hitting 9.25"BPEL in the pump. I'm very pleased with my progression. Didn't think I was still growing during my break with the devices, but this goes to show that as long as you are doing something everyday, you are progressing.

Awesome measurements! Perfectly executed in the way of proper measurements.
 
Proper way to measure, when I measure I place it on top...if I side measure get better results LOL...

We’re all tempted to do side measurements LOL need some guys will probably like to include their balls in the measurement LOL. The way you measure is correct and you’re not trying to fool yourself for fool anyone else, you’re showing us a true measurements that all should look to.
