2nd set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins
3rd set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins
4th set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins
5th set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins
6th set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins

I currently jelq every other day. It’s for erection quality and hardness and I figured I should let my penis have the chance to heal and grow instead of jelqing every day. That might be counterproductive regarding erection health and veins/artery health.
I’m not trying to gain girth here, it’s only for extreme erection hardness. I want my penis to be in top condition at all times.
I read that your smooth muscles need to push against the tunica layer in order to get rock hard erections.
My only problem is that i’m not able to keep that erection for long.... I noticed with kegel training that i’m not able to stay erect while kegeling, also with reverse kegeling I have troubles.
Maybe it’s because i’m sitting on my knees on my bed and after a while my bloodflow concentrates on my legs and flows out of my dick.
I don’t know, maybe my hormones are going haywire so I have to get bloodwork within a few weeks. ?
I’m not overtraining in kegels, I started a light routine and with 48 hours of rest and I cannot even stay erect through 6 sets of kegeling.
Maybe I have to start out with an even lighter routine...
