So the mos red is 100mw at 6 inches, I would like to know how far away it would have to be for 45mw. Could we get like a complete table that shows the distances and their corresponding power levels ?

I do not have mine yet but I would use mathematics to figure that out, if 100mw at 6 inches you have to figure out how much distance you would need times the mg.

I just dont know if its linear or exponential. If linear I'd need 2 data points to figure out the rate of change

It’s linear. Data points being distance, intensity and this will give you time.
