Hi Brothers,

I started my journey back in 2016. Exact date was 25.09.2016.
The starting measurements were:
BPFSL: 19 cm
BPEL: 18 cm
NBPEL: 16 cm
EG: 15,5 cm

I started with a normal Newbie Routine and gained good with it.
After the first measurement i sticked to the Newbie-Routine for another 3 months.
Made some more gains but the i changed the routine after that to get some more results.
In that time i think i've done too much and had pain in the ligs because of BTC-Stretches.
So i had to take a break for a couple weeks. Soon my first PE-Year was over.
Gains were:
BPFSL: 21,2 cm (+2,2 cm)
BPEL: 19,6 cm ( 1,6 cm)
NBPEL: 17,5 cm (+1,5 cm)
EG: 15,5 cm

After my first year i sticked to manual stretches most of the time, bought an x4 Extender which is not useable for me.
Tried the anglion method and some other things. But there were not many gains for me.
My last measurement i took 13.01.2019:
BPFSL: 22 cm
BPEL: 20,2 cm
NBPEL: 17,6 cm
EG: 15,7 cm

My goal is to reach the magical 8 inch NBPEL. So i try to develop a new routine to go for it.
First ideas: in the morning: Heavy manual routine(Mandingo-Stretch, BTC-Stretch, A-Stretch = 30 mins combined) after the manuals 2-3 hours light extending (ADS-System, looking for one (Pm-Pro / SizeDoctor))
At the evening: Sport, 1-2 h Extender followed by Jelqs, Ballooning and some testicle massage.

What do you guys think? Maybe you guys can help me develop a better one :)

Hello buddy :) welcome to MoS :)

Looks sensible, but intense enough that you have put down here.

The Mandingo stretch is very effective, A stretch is the most successful manual stretch ever, and I know that no actual studies for what I wrote, but I'm going off all the hundreds of satisfied men across several PE forums that used the DLD A stretch, but make sure you do them with blasters - reverse kegels to take full advantage. BTC stretch is good, the whole regimen is solid (like)

My only suggestion would be to try a bundled stretch, the A stretch can be done bundled, and its like when you wet a towel, and corkscrew it, so the water comes out ... if you were to stretch on that towel, cloth, it will stretch more due to the bundle applied.

Same concept with bundles, but they are really good at targeting the strong outer sheath of the penis called the tunicae or simply tunica, which protects it from sudden force trauma.

I would think about purchasing a lengthmaster or power assist if your not into hanging weights atm, because down the road if you wanted that, MoS stocks the hanger chamber for the PA, converting it into the LM.

This device is magnificent, in that it makes it so more effective to perform all manual stretched, its simply ingenious, created + designed by DLD himself, and very well priced the Power Assist.

Your gains have also been good, so well done.

Bundles are a good idea too. Thx for that.
But i can only make them 180° at the moment. Would that be ok?

Will think about the PA, LM or getting an extender.
I'm not 100 % sure what would be the best choice for my routine in the moment.

Kegel routine will be adapted too :)

It doesn't matter if you cant make the 180 degree rotation, so long as a bundle is executed when you perform the bundle stretch your good ... in time you will find being able to bundle further, more skin is stretched, but that is also good, as more penis can grow into it.

I would suggest the PA or LM because your more inclined for manual work at this stage, and they both focus on making manual work more effective.

Extenders are great, more pricey but worth it.

Power assist is often forgotten about these days, but its a start .. and you can mod it with the hanger attachment later on if wanted.

You’ve gotten some really good advice and I hope you implement it. I would suggest that you go with the lengthmaster over the powerassist as the powerassist is part of the lengthmaster. I’m happy that you’re using the newbie routine and you’re getting the most out of it by making these quick gains. You can remain using that worked out and change your stretching portion to include the link master and then you can do all of your stretches with the LM.

On the girth side of things I would stick with the newbie routine as it is written for the first month. After that I highly recommend you pick up a Mityvac or a Bathmate and start to incorporate the SRT methods so that you get the most out of every routine, making the fastest and safest gains as possible.

Please study both the SRT routine and the newbie routine and if you have any questions please just come back and ask. Welcome to the brotherhood and I wish you the best on your new journey.
 
I have thought everyhing through now and decided to follow your advice and implement the Lengthmaster.
Ordered it today. Can't wait to test it out and implement it in my routine :)

Once you have it let’s get ready and put together a routine that’s going to bring you some serious length very quickly. This is an awesome purchase and you’re going to absolutely love the Lengthmaster, plus I already have a routine written up that I might need to modify bit but I think it’ll work well with you. Let me know when it comes in.

So which excercises should i start with?

Start by getting comfortable with it first and learning how to rap or if you’re using the sleeve practice putting that on and clamping into the Lengthmaster. Comfort is the first thing you need to address. Once you have found a comfortable wrap and you’re strapped in the two best exercises to start with that can be done no other way our bundles and rolls. But go through all the different videos we have to find something you like best. For most people I told him to start off with the newbie routine stretches done with the LM. The basic stretches cover every single angle conceivable and will probably bring gains the fastest. I suggest you also going to read the lengthmaster portion of SRT to get some other ideas.

The only time I hear complaints about the LM is one guys pull out of the box and start using it immediately. Will complain that it’s too painful and that is pinching only to realize that if they wrapped correctly none of these issues would exist. Don’t get frustrated, be kind and gentle with yourself as you learn and master the Lengthmaster. ❤️

just want to tell you that i like the Lm so far.
Comfort is good enough for 30 minutes training.
Tempgains are really nice. I have a really nice flaccid hang throughout the day and very nice erections when i am ballooning and in the morning ;)

That’s such good news to hear thank you so much for letting us know. What would be awesome if you could go to the store and give us a review under the Lengthmaster. What are you doing for routine right now using your LM?

14 Fulcrum Stretch with the LM
10 min Jelqing
Ballooning+Testicle Massage

Will write a detailed review when i have more experience with the LM.
I think 3-6 months should be enough to get some ;)

Hi guys,

i'm thinking about the SiliStretcher.
But i'm unsure which cylinder would be best.
The circumference of my flaccid top is 11,5-12 cm.
So should i go for the 3,8 mm diameter or 5,1 mm ?
