I just finished my stretching for today
I have a new plan in mind and that is that i wanna go towards increase lenght than girth
Fomr the routine that i have what other things would be good to add sine i only want lenght?

With a length only routine you want to be sure to cover all areas or angles of stretch. The Newbie Routine contains a length Routine that does just that. In addition I highly recommend adding in Expressive Stretching and Erect Stretching. Do you have any equipment?
