Tbh I'm really lazy doing other kegel variations rather than the quick ones, I'm not lazy to stretch in every angle manually standing for like 1hr+ but kegels..... Idk, Can I get away doing only these or should I add Holds? Has anyone tried a quick kegel only routine?

Try getting 10-20mins at a time (heart rate of at least 130) and watch your erections blow. A stationary bike is the easiest on the joints and works wonders!Not at all.
