Brawn Johnson's Routine and Progress

Quick weekdend update:

1) I've modified my routine to include TWO testi massages each weekday, and testi massages plus rotary cranks on weekends. On weekends before 'measurement Mondays' I'll still give PE a rest entirely in order to get more accurate measurements.

2) I checked out BigAl's MeCoaching service... $77.77 for THREE MONTHS of handholding?? Damn... I'm all over that. I'll let you guys know what he says after the initial interview. I'll let him know I'm down to invest (probably within those three months) in the Phallo and LM. :)
 
Monday Update:

Today I tried a different method for improving my grip. I wrapped my ACE bandage around the head of my cock, tightening just behind the glans, and held on to that. Gave me VERY good grip, without having to mess with baby powder. This saves me some mess, so I can get away from the toilet for stretching, and gave me a better grip than the baby powder did anyway. Between that, keeping the heat dish on my member at all times, and focusing on reverse kegels, I was getting VERY intense stretches today!

The only drawback I can see is that it was also noticeably rougher on my skin than the baby powder. But I should probably start using some moisturizer afterwards anyway!

A solid week last week and looking at another one this week!
 
The Phallosan and Lengthmaster are the length duo that can not be matched. So happy to see that is in your future. I’m very happy to see you last weeks work and how well it went, mark that down as a successful week. Now onto the next one and eventually won many days are strong together you’ll see the gains you desire.

Ah well, gotta do what coach says. I'm also switching from NBP to BP measurements to help keep the measurements as accurate and consistent as possible. I'll still be tracking NBP in addition for myself, because my goals are for certain NBP measurements, but BP will help me track progress more accurately. I'll get those new stats and post them in my measuring post (first page) today.

You are in good hands with Big Al. Also refer to SRT when thinking on how to include tools within the routine. Good reading on your time off. ??
 
Today is the last day of mandatory rest, and Big Al wants measurements to see what changes took place during the week. Posting those measurements here!

So these measurements are after one week without working out and without wrapping.

Flaccid girth: 4 3/8"
BPFL: 5"
BPFSL: 7 1/4"
Erect Girth: 5 1/4" **
BPEL: 7"

**Measured higher up the shaft than before, I believe I get slightly thicker nearer the glans, and that accounts for at least some (if not all) of the difference
 
Can you also post your original stats along with these new stats? That will be easier for new people to see what gains do you have made. Thanks my brother

I'm actually putting ALL of my stats in post #5 on page 1 of this thread. I didn't add the most recent measurements because I took them for Big Al instead of for my monthly schedule, but I'll add them right away.

Do you know if there's a way to pin a post within a thread? Then I could have the 'measurement' post featured right at the head of the thread.

If not, though, I'll be making a progress-and-pics-only thread in addition as soon as I've got something worth showing you guys. I'm still working on getting the measuring process worked out to more of a science!
 
After reviewing my numbers, Big Al is having me continue with the same routine for now. So today is my first day back with a vengeance!

The ACE bandage is REALLY tearing my skin up when I use it for grip. Without the Lengthmaster (for now) I'll experiment with different alternative cloths. Feels good to be back going after it again! Flaccid hang results came fast with the newbie routine, now to keep that up and get the erect results coming too!

Have you tried tissue or toilet paper? I have used in the past cut T-shirts pieces. This may help too. :)

Thanks for the suggestion, Haursen! I tried toilet paper today and it gave me a good grip while still being easier on my skin. I'll try a t-shirt next time!

Yeah definitely don't go for the ACE wrap grip, guys. My wife started fooling around with me on the couch last night and I had to stop her cuz it freakin hurt! Right on the head, too. :( I also had to throw in the towel after just 1 set of manual stretches today. I want to let this heal, not make it worse.

PE has become such a lifestyle for me, I couldn't imagine not training for a full week...did Al give you any 'mental' exercises to conduct during the interim?

My wife started fooling around with me on the couch last night and I had to stop her cuz it freakin hurt!

Has she noticed any change(s)? Just curious if all your efforts are making a positive difference in the bedroom.

It’s true! I can’t imagine a day where PE does not play a major portion and this is been for the past 17 years. I love your dedication to what you do and the gains you make but moreover the help you give other brothers is here.

Boy do I miss BeardedBaldy! He such a great guy and he had such a good knack for putting videos together very quickly with excellent explanations. I do hope he makes his way back here, I truly miss him.
