I dont understand everyone preach that girth work involves days off , but why we cant lets say clamp everyday to keep the expansion the most time we can , it has no sense for me. If someone can teach me i will appreciate
DLD , how many hours can i clamp per day im doin 20 mins sets , my penis is not showing any emotions its like i can keep goin , is it because of the 10 min breaks
i did 12 sets of 20mins yesterday , i feel horny and woke up with a boner. Im using a 1.5" piece of silicone sleeve (this isnt my first clamp experience) , in one of DLD's videos he talks about girth and he says to keep the expansion state as long as possible im planing not taking days off , i think personally that hes right , when it comes to girth you have to keep that expansion for the longest period of time possible so days off has no sense for me , isnt 8-9 hours of sleep plus the rest of day , i only train at night.
Maybe because i use a 1.5" long piece of silicone sleeve where the preasure it cannot be modified by human hands but its tight enough to make my penis really fat , i love to see my penis so fat in flacid state , i think i found the exercise for me because i always been asking around for exercises while erect and clamp is one of them , thats why also i was asking recently about clamping givin lenght gains.
