I am gonna buy the cheap pump on Ebay(http://cgi.ebay.com/BULB-OPenis Enl...photoQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m153.l1262) and a Vacuum Pump Kit from Harbor Tools(http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=92474).

But will the Vacuum pump kit fit and operate with the cheap cyclinder tube tip?

You need a good pump, get the MaxVac. I don't know about fittings wise, check the diameters.

Way too high for comfort.

Exactly, you won't be able to gauge the pressure well. With a well-built pump that includes a gauge and trigger-style mechanism, it will be really easy to gauge the exact pressure your at.

Adding to that, I'd only recommend using your mouth as a pump after a few months of close observation and experience with a pump with gauge. A newbie, no matter how careful they are, needs to buy a pump with gauge as they'll never know truly what pressure they're at.

Absolutely! i made one out of a 32 oz gatorade bottle and a soft rubber brake line....i was shocked as hell at how much pressure you can create. You could easily hurt yourself.

I made a quality pump....but quit using it because I didnt have HG gauge...anyone have simple solution that will make me slap myself in the forehead??

Did you succeed in creating your own pump? I will rather get myself a mityvac pump.
