My 6-Month Stealth Length Routine (Looking for Feedback)

I’ve been planning a routine that fits my lifestyle as a dad/husband with a full-time job. I’m also keeping it hidden from everyone, so it’s basically a stealth routine. After gathering a lot of information, this is what I’ve come up with. My plan is to stick to it for a minimum of 6 months. I really want to do it properly, and my only fear is putting in the effort and seeing no gains after 6 months.

Below is the routine I designed based on what seems most efficient for my situation. I’d appreciate any critiques or confirmation that this is an effective way to gain length. If I can get 1 inch in 6 months, I’d be very happy.

Morning
Hot shower
5 minutes of bundled stretches

At Work
5 hours of ADS
1 hour of extender (rod-style). I can’t really do more because I work in an office and it’s too visible/uncomfortable.

During bathroom breaks, I’ll split 15 minutes into 3×5-minute blocks, doing 60-second stretch holds in different directions (straight out, down, left, etc.):

  • Block 1: 5 minutes A-stretch
  • Block 2: 5 minutes fulcrum
  • Block 3: 5 minutes bundled BTC

Night
Hot shower
5 minutes of bundled stretches

  • Weekends: more random since I’m with my wife/kids. I’ll try to sneak in around 20 minutes of stretching each day.

Weekly Total
  • Weekdays: 25 hours ADS + 5 hour extender + 125 minutes manual stretching
  • Weekends: ~40 minutes manual stretching

Get the ace bandage, you want the penis to stay elongated throughout the day. 5 hours intense ADS use and 1 hour extender use is enough as long as you get a bandage to wrap the penis to stay elongated from morning till night time.

The penis should be wrapped for a minimum of 6 hours daily. The more the better.
 
The 1 hour extender is fine during work, but as huge-girth said, the time in the extender may need to be under higher traction load. The ADS can be increased to around 1.2kg average the initial hour of the high intensity for the extender. Scenario of having the extender on first may not always be an ideal situation. Do your best.

But after the hours of ADS and extender, while hiding the obvious fact that you are doing penis enlargement at home, use the wrap for as long as you can possibly can.
 
I agree with everyone. Most importantly, huge girth and his suggestion to wear a wrap every second you're not training.
 
Thanks guys for the feedback, but I honestly don’t see how I can fit the wrap into my day.

When I wake up, I start my routine in the shower and then head straight to work (15-minute drive). I could throw a glove-warmer heat pad in my boxers on the way to help a bit.

Once I’m at work, I get into my ADS and continue the routine.

After work (around 5 p.m.), I go home and hit the gym. Can I even wrap during the gym? I usually turtle during heavy sessions anyway.

After the gym (around 7 p.m.), I’m with the kids and my wife. My wife likes to touch me spontaneously, so she could notice the wrap and start asking questions — that could get awkward.

By 8 p.m., the kids are in bed, I finish the shower part of my routine, and then I’m with my wife until we go to sleep around 11 p.m.

So honestly, I don’t think a wrap is possible in my schedule.

Yes, you should. It does feel weird, but it's required. Heavy turtling is due to tissue stressing over the day. You want to prevent that through wrapping. I wrapped during my exercising period as well.

Then that's when you take all of it off. I can understand your need for secrecy.
