Suction on Silistretcher

Hey brothers I've been using the Silistretcher for the past 3-4 weeks starting to get the hang of it. I'm using a sili cap sleeve, silisleeve, and the small duro sleeve over an Uncle Jim wrap. I'm having trouble with the suction on the bell. Whenever I turn the knob to suck up.., the head of the penis doesn't move much or at all. The only thing helping me right now is keeping my glans squeezed in the bell before rolling the sleeve. Still able to get a decent stretch but with better suction I can stretch harder. I have used a silipad but that didn't help and currently I have the bell stuffed with some tissue paper.

As well some of sleeves appear to be getting pinholes which requires me to buy new ones now. Does anyone have a visual pic of the theraband trick with the Silistretcher bell? I've read up on it but can really visualize it in my head lol

If you trick is working keep it up. I am sure @oldandlively will come through on the theraban question. I have never made that modification. As far as pinhole goes, do you have long or raggedy nails? This is usually the case. If so be sure to file them down smoothly until they no longer effect the sleeves.

It works for a little bit to keep the glans inside the bell but I can keep a good suction when turning clockwise

Sometimes my nails do get long but I will start doing that! I do think the Silistretcher is superior DLD

Yep. This is where most of us are. We squeezed our glans into the cup as much as we can, going as far as close the top of the cup as possible. This way, you take advantage of a full suction support. Your method is the same as mine, using some tissue paper to create a cushion space, but also a moisture wicking space. Moisture is your worst enemy during long hours of wearing.

A trick we've used:

• Wrap a Theraband layer at the base of the glans. This is to create additional suction and also traction.
• Push your deflated glans into the cup far up as you can. Don't inflate your glans. Make sure you only need 1 to 1.5 full turns at the top. That's all you need. Why? Any more turns that this will cause blister during high movements. We all suffer from this.
• Roll the sleeve over the cup and only 1.5in of your penile shaft. You don't need that much. Just enough to cover the Theraband wrap layer for creating that extra suction pressure seal and another 0.5in or 1in of skin cover to ensure traction holding during pressure.
• Turn 3/4 rotation to max of 1 rotation on the knob. This is already creating 5 to 6inHg of pressure. You will cause blister if the pressure accidentally jumps past 8inHg in just a few seconds if you have not precondition your glans yet.

Got my ss today.

1. A Bubble came out on my glans after first use of silistrecher (attached). What am i doing wrong?

Also im not sure what i need to put on my glans before putting it inside the ss and wrapping it? I tried the attached part but not sure if that's correct part. Please advice.

Any videos for how using the belts? And leg/knee belts?

Also the gel blue foam for using inside the vaccum was included only for the medium size and not for small size which will be used for the nearest future. So im gonna need that as well.
