How to grip the head on basic stretches

I think I have been doing it wrong all along which is why I haven't gained anymore. Whenever I try manual stretches it always feels like there is to much pressure on the head, I also don't feel anything along the tunica, shaft, or ligaments usually. I am circumsized. Anyone have any videos on how your supposed to grip the head exactly and the angle of your wrist?

I subscribed to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] membership and watched DLD's videos on the manuals again. I watched them closely and realized I have been doing them wrong. If anyone can show me/explain to me how to grip the head and the positioning of the wrist etc... I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Found one of his videos where he shows for a few seconds how he was gripping the head. I changed my technique and big difference! I am still not getting the stretch I want but I am feeling it way more then I was. Further imput is deeply apprciated.

Hey bigger,

I'm also cut so I can relate. What I do and have always done with manual stretching is to pull back any excess skin to expose the head fully, then taking my my right hand I begin to grip behind the head with my palm facing down so the V between my thumb and finger sits directly behind the head from the top and then closing the finger and thumb to take a solid grip. From this position I can stretch in any direction I want creating a strong pull. I also use this setup when doing the dld blasters which is the A stretch over your opposite wrist.
I hope you can visualize my description but if not ill make a video for you.

Manual stretching is old school. Get yourself a PE device like the length master.
