Glans sensitivity during stretching exercises

Lately, I've been watching some videos to see the correct technique of different stretches and I have realized that a lot of guys from those videos actually grip under the glans but also in the middle of them.

Does not hurt you/them? Or it's only that I have more sensitivity for being a total newbie?
 
Discomfort is to be dealt with when doing PE. Sharp pain is a no-go, but if one wants gains, there's usually some discomfort in the process.

A total newbie might have heightened sensitivity regarding several exercises but you'll get a hang of it. :)

Grip determines what part of your penis you are training. If you grip just below the head you’ll be stretching the shaft and ligament. As your hand goes down the shaft you start to stretch internal penis or should I say express more penis. So this method to that madness. There’s four basic places we make length gains.

  1. Shaft
  2. Tunica
  3. Expressive
  4. Ligament
 
If you're a newbie your glands is hypersensitive. I remember myself in my early days that happening to me. So much that after a few consecutive days of PE my glans would start peeling off like replacing its own skin. Nowadays My grip HAS to be so strong that If I grab behind the glans I always compromise 1/4-1/2 of it inside my grip. Same while using the length master. Not that I do it on purpose, but I have found that a grip with the length master that grabs half of the glans in it makes for a better hold. I can put a lot of force with it and wont slide. If I grab behind the gland and completely expose the glans, the skin ALWAYS fights to slide forward with the force.

Perhaps the problem is me, I am uncut and actually have A LOT of extra skin that has grown with years of PE. I have in fact thought about one day seeing a doctor and see the possibility of removing maybe a little portion of my skin just for cosmetic purposes.
 
In the beginning the penis can be very sensitive especially for men who are uncircumcised. The head of the penis is sensitive enough when a man is circumcised but when he is not the head is extremely sensitive and makes it difficult to do stretching in the beginning. They need to go through the process of desensitizing their head so they can grip below the head. If they are gripping by the foreskin then they are only stretching the skin in order to stretch the penis you need to grip below the head at the coronal ridge. Just takes practice and through the continued practice of exposing the head to exercise they desensitize themselves to the point that they can grip below the head without issue.

I also have extra skin Jack, not for the PE exercise of course but I thought the same yesterday when I was doing the stretches.

Funny thing when i feel pissed i feel my glans getting smaller,want a bigger glans even when im mad?

Our new head pump is coming very soon and I think it will be the tool that will bring your dreams to reality! One thing I can tell you is if there’s a way to change the penis we will find it.

It could be that you were having so much sensitivity as a newbie. I normally attach my length master right under the glans.

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
