Thanks for the clear explanation. So our tissues don’t behave linearly. Just like our muscles. It will become harder and harder to gain more BPFSL in the future which means increasing weights till 2.5 kg.

You mentioned someone has found out in a lab that we shouldn’t go higher than 2.5 kg. So if we don’t reach our goals of BPFSL with 2.5 kg. What happens next ? A very long decondition period of 6 months to 1 year ?

I am also curious to find out if my BPEL will follow my BPFSL if I go longer than 10 inches. I want to try it out LOL. Maybe I can reach 30.48 cm. That’s a great life goal. And for the sake of this community and science to really go beyond everything that has been tested out to this day.

We’re at the frontier of PE science and experimentation. It would be an honor to grow my dick to 1 foot length.

I am also dedicated to try that out. It would take a couple of years I think. With proper reconditioning.

You mentioned we need internal pressure of blood to grow the CC’s and it will have the tendency to grow more in girth because of the resistance of the septum itself.

- No kegels will not work for the therapeutic internal blood pressure needed. Neither PDE-5 drugs. Only vasodilators will create those conditions. A PDE-5 could work in conjunction with a vacuum pump, but is not "optimal"

- I dont do kegels anymore, I did too much years ago and developed those muscles beyond any necessity for sexual purposes. Also, pornstars do not do kegels. - Not really. You cant just warmup the shaft before girth work, because the shaft down regulate its temperature very quick. Remember blood is flowing through your dick at a tremendous speed at all times. So if you heat it up to say 104 degrees and remove the heat source, quickly in less than 5 minutes the penis will be down to its normal temperature. In this case, a constant source of heat such as an IR light would be more efficient.

There is something going on with the measurements or my dick. I ended up with the same post-BPFSL but with more pre-BPFSL....

This time my SiliStretcher slipped off again when I was done with the 20 minutes ultrasound phase. I cleaned my dick real quick with warm water. It gets sticky with the glycerin transductive gel. It sticks to the sillisleeves as well so I had to clean that too.

I put on everything to hang normally for 10 mins as that is the relaxation phase. But I think my dick got too cold and shriveled up in the meantime. And I got no stretchy shaft and a good measurement. So I kinda missed my post-BPFSL. I failed to measure it correctly.

I think my room is too cold in the morning. It’s 19-20 degrees Celsius (66-68 Fahrenheit) and I am thinking of buying a decent infra red lamp to heat my corner space where I am sitting. Geting that extra external heat, a comfortable warm environment which makes is easier for the shaft to become stretchy.

I am sensitive to cold. My dick absolutely hates cold.

But it could also be a sign of fatigue. But I don’t know how that could be possible at only 500 grams of weight and 1 hour of hanging.

Third factor: I reached therapeutic range within 2 minutes and I stayed above 41.5-42 for a good 15 minutes. So maybe I used too much heat ? Maybe too intense ? That doesn’t make sense because I would have gained more post-BPFSL.

Or I made an error somewhere with measuring.

I noticed that I get the best measurements after waking up. The pre-BPFSL is accurate.
The post-BPFSL is weird.
But time will tell us. I just gonna keep at it.

What are your thoughts?

- First, you are not increasing tension. If your tension is constant and equal, there is no more relaxation on the tissues.

- Second, before UltraSounds for 20 minutes, it has been established that stress relaxation should be done for 30 minutes with slow increment in weight.

Thanks for your help. So I was hoping that I could finish this 6 week period on the lightest amount of weight possible but it seems that I cannot escape it. My septum is tougher than I thought.

I am now gonna do the relaxation phase and increase the weight. Should I add one more plate of 500 gram ? Or should I go get those 200 gram weights that you’ve bought ? I still have some fishing lead as well.
Fishing weights of 100 gram each.

Edit: I increased weight to 860 gram after 15 mins relaxation phase. Last 15 minutes will be a little bit heavier. I added 200 gram of fishing lead in the relaxation phase. This should be enough to coax more BPFSL.

Should I add the weights in small 100-200 gram increments every 10 minutes? Or less? Or more?

I did not expect this.
I increases the weight a little bit and I even got some fluid retention in the glans. And apparantly this isn’t enough weight. Damn it.
And those previous measurements were probably measurement errors. Or I lost some BPFSL


Well i’m gonna let it rest for two days. Maybe my shaft will grow a bit from the resting.

I quit all jelqing and testicle massage because it gives me more erections. I keep getting erections while doing ultrasound therapy. It’s very annoying.

I was also supplementing with Maca, ashwaganda and celery but that’s giving me unwanted erections and libido. I don’t need that right now. I need completely flaccid shaft in order to heat the septum effectively.

This ultrasound therapy is trickier than I thought. This is a real challenge.

You had gains from the initial tension and heat. But your gains stopped if you are not following the established protocol of 30 minutes stress relaxation plus the 20 minutes US and 10 minutes cool down. During the entire 50 minutes tension must be increased. if your maximum weight is gonna be 1kg, then start at 100 grams and increase. If your total weight is gonna be 5kg, then start at 0.8kg-1kg and so on. Now how much weight to start, how much to use total, how much to increase at a time, that is personal experimentation due to the size of each penis and the degree of septum toughening.

But bottom line, you must follow the basic parameters in order to play with the different variables.

Alright then. My biggest problem right now is that I only have 500 gram weight plates. That’s too much for increasing weights.

I need to buy 100 gram weights or 200 gram weights just like you did.

And I have to find a way to increase the weights easily while doing the ultrasound therapy. My set up isn’t enough. I need something to quickly attach a weight to it, or a small basket or something.


So i’ll need to do stress relaxation 30 minutes + 20 minutes ultrasound therapy (which is also stress relaxation) until my desired weight. But you need a starting point right ? Like if I start at 100 gram it won’t do anything for me. And increasing it to 500 grams within 20 minutes doesn’t seem effective. I have to test out at what point I start, I think I should start with 500 gram in my case and work my way up from there, slowly increasing weights every session until I reach an amount of weight that will increase BPFSL.

Unfortunately 500 grams doesn’t do anything for me anymore. And I used it for first 15 minutes in the first relaxation phase and I increased weight to 860 gram for the second 15 minutes of the first phase and afterwards I did 860 gram with 20 minutes ultrasound therapy.

So I am definitely increasing weights slowly every session until I reach a weight that will elongate the septum and increases BPFSL. Hopefully that will be like max 1-1.5kg. I try to gain BPFSL with the least amount of weights.

I think my erections also have a role in this. If you get erect you can’t effectively heat the septum anymore..

If you cant buy all the materials right now, you can do what I did during my first period. Instead of weights, I used a bungee cord running down my leg while sitting, I tied a stapes shape knot where I would push down with my foot like a gas pedal increasing tension. And I was using an analog fishing scale to monitor the weight.

Kyrpa initially used a bungee cord directly attached under his computer desk, and he wold push himself away from the desk on a wheeled chair to produce tension.
 
The bungee cord is what I am working right now with the fish scale. I was just keeping tension the whole time I will have to work the stress relief method instead. I can say that ultrasound really beats up the dick, it is a whole new level for me anyway

I am currently waiting on my weights that i’ve ordered. Everything is delayed due to covid-19.

I ordered 5x 200 grams and 5x 100 grams calibration weights. That will be enough to make nice increments.

I have to wait for two weeks. In the meantime I will search for a small basket. That’s the best option for quickly adding weights.

I am continuing my kegel routine. No jelqing, no testicle massage, I don’t want any erections. Just a flaccid shaft until I get to 254 mm BPFSL. Or 304,8 mm (1 foot).

I am lucky that my girth is still relatively small and under 6 inches. It allows for better ultrasound therapy effectiveness.
 
I was reading and I also expierence the less stretchy phenomenon I just thought I was doing it wrong. It seems I will loose .2 to .3 after usually my 3rd us session. I really only get it back after totally healing and starting again kind of a curious thing

The best way to loosen up that tightness is to use bundled stretching. Bundled stretches pre-stretched the tunica which is the most dense part of the penis. This will allow for a much more malleable state when stretching and it will allow for much more girth to be taken up. Stretching the tunica is so important to making growth
 
I ordered on a Dutch webshop. We are notorious for having weed coffeeshops where you can do drugs or having some coffee with a snack. Mostly marihuana based products like space cake, milkshakes etc.

We have lounge bars where you can smoke your pot and retailer which sell all kinds of narcotics attributes.

In all major cities of the Netherlands you have those small shops and online webshops. I haven’t seen it in any other country yet. Lol.

And I bought those calibration weightscales. 100 grams and 200 grams. It’s a win win situation for me. I was familiar with those webshops because I have a history of drug abuse.

And now I am using their products to grow a longer dick.

The calibration weights were only €3/piece. But they don’t sell internationally.
 
Yeah but I ordered calibration weights that are used for small weightscales. Weightscales that measure grams. For measuring the weight of your drugs etc.

I also have some fishing weights which come in 5 grams, 10 grams, 20 grams and 50grams but that is too little weight for our purposes.

Yeah LOL it really helped with my length, I took a shortcut, otherwise those stubborn ligaments would hold me back.

I’ve been around since 2013, but I have decided to open a training log in order to keep me more consistent.

It’s now wednesday november 7th 2018

Day 1: 12:10 PM
Bundled stretching lengthmaster
12 minutes in total of bundled stretching
Straight out
Straight down
Left & right
Upwards

1x 12 reps kegels load: 10grams
60s rest
1x12 reps reverse kegels load: 10grams

I treat this kegel training like a bodybuilding routine with rest days in between. And assuming that the penis is 50% muscle and 50% collagen connective tissue, I do 12 reps for penis strength and muscle building LOL ?
I feel this upwards stretch deep in my pc muscles even my anus muscles LOL.
It’s a very strong stretch and I love this stretch.

I only stretch 1-2 times straight down, this is because I have nothing to gain there as my suspensory ligaments are completely torn. I have a wobbly dick and I have to strengthen it with kegels until it can point straight out or in an erection angle again without using my hands when i’m lying down in bed.

So i’ll be stretching mostly bundled sideways, bundled straight out, and bundles upwards. I’m purely targeting the tunica.

So at the end of the day, I have clocked in 20+ minutes of stretching.
I want to get at least 20 mins per day of effective stretching. This is just to maintain my length and gaining some length along the way until I start hanging.

After my stretching sessions I do 50 light jelqs with organic coconut oil for bloodflow and erection strength. It’s not my intention to gain girth, but as I gain girth very easily, I don’t mind it.

My starting stats are:

BPEL: 18,4 cm (7.24”)
EG: 13,8 cm (5.43”)
BPFSL: 19,9 cm (7.83”)

I measure BPFSL once a week or once per 2 weeks. I’ve lost some girth over time, I used to be 5.7” erect girth, but I don’t care.
I’m a easy girth gainer and length is my focus. I use the metric measuring system.
I have a wooden ruler and a flexible measuring tape.

I’m 1.85m body length (6’1”)
107.5 kg (237lbs) body weight
31.4% bodyfat :(
70.49 kg lean body mass (155lbs)

So i’ve lost already 40 pounds, and my goal is to get shredded 6% bodyfat and around 33-44 pounds of extra muscle mass

I have 1-1.5 inch stubborn fatpad and I want to absolutely destroy it. My cock seems small in my large hands and my fatpad doesn’t help. Makes everything seem smaller.
