So, here it is, the moment nobody has been waiting for...Spammer’s spanner spannerring spamathon, or, Spanner’s progress thread.
So, I’ve always been more of a grower and have always been more than a little nervous about having my junk on display. Whether this be in the changing rooms at the local swimming pool, the ‘locker room’ at school and competitive sporting endeavours.
I was a late bloomer as far as both puberty and growth were concerned. I was in my late teens/early twenties when I had my final growth spurt and stopped growing (‘naturally’ at least...
). To this point I was 5’ 8” and wound up at 6’0”
Whilst I guess my flaccid penis wasn’t objectively small, being one of the only lads who had no grass on the wicket at 16 was very difficult and this had an effect on how I considered myself in general.
I always perceived myself as behind other guys and therefore smaller. As it transpires, I was 7” bone pressed and relatively thick at 5.5” girth for most of my adult life, which turned out to be well above average but it wasn’t until twenty three when I found this out.
My virginity should have been exchanged for the keys of the kingdom at that point but I couldn’t change the paradigm and I continued to live with the idea that I still didn’t measure up...
Anyhoo, I guess I’ve always felt that way and always wanted to be bigger. I’ve dabbled with PE in some form or another at different points in my life, though never consistently and never for more than a week or so.
This changed around 8 weeks ago when I started to stretch and jelq fairly consistently. I employed SSJ and isolations mainly where girth was concerned and a range of manual stretching.
I happened upon MOS and was encouraged by the reasons most men here sought to improve their sexual health and size (many of the reasons and backgrounds are similar to my own) and I was inspired by their progress logs and the fruits of the labour contained within, and also by the warmth, humour and humility with which they were written. I was also blown away by the supportiveness and comaraderie displayed by the members supporting the authors of these threads.
So, here I am at 5.8” ish mse girth and 7.5” bone pressed, 7.9 bpfsl and a very good 95-100% EQ but I still need to be bigger.
My flaccid hang is around 5.5 - 6.5 bone pressed depending on mood but it still looks very small to me...Even more so since I shaved (probably didn’t need to as I no longer wet jelq...but...just bought a bathmate so the pre-pubescent ‘do’ May yet serve a purpose)...ptsd flashbacks from school days kicking in...!
Anyhoo, I don’t have any pre PE pictures of hang (I think...) but do have a pre PE pic of my erect fella (don’t ask why...) that I can use as a comparison although I was rocking a ‘grunge’ look at the time so this may affect any length comparisons...
So for the past two weeks, I have been PE’ing every day with at least two sessions of stretching and one often two girth sessions.
All stretches and girth work has been manual and has been fairly close to the newbie routine.
The girth work has been as described above.
I’ll annotate all exercises, durations and intensity tomorrow following my routine as I have varied intensity, durations, sets and reps depending on what I was feeling in any given day and have not been as regimented (and indeed consistent) as I could have been. I have tried to be symmetrical with each exercise however and have not spent less than 2hours a day actively PE’ing with no rest days.
I have thrown in a few more advanced exercises as well but these with be oultlined tomorrow. Thanks for reading, I’m sorry it wasn’t as interesting as it could have been but it was written whilst sitting on the floor of one my little rascals as they slowly (emphasis on the slowly) drifted off to sleep.
