So, here it is, the moment nobody has been waiting for...Spammer’s spanner spannerring spamathon, or, Spanner’s progress thread.

So, I’ve always been more of a grower and have always been more than a little nervous about having my junk on display. Whether this be in the changing rooms at the local swimming pool, the ‘locker room’ at school and competitive sporting endeavours.

I was a late bloomer as far as both puberty and growth were concerned. I was in my late teens/early twenties when I had my final growth spurt and stopped growing (‘naturally’ at least...:)). To this point I was 5’ 8” and wound up at 6’0”

Whilst I guess my flaccid penis wasn’t objectively small, being one of the only lads who had no grass on the wicket at 16 was very difficult and this had an effect on how I considered myself in general.

I always perceived myself as behind other guys and therefore smaller. As it transpires, I was 7” bone pressed and relatively thick at 5.5” girth for most of my adult life, which turned out to be well above average but it wasn’t until twenty three when I found this out.

My virginity should have been exchanged for the keys of the kingdom at that point but I couldn’t change the paradigm and I continued to live with the idea that I still didn’t measure up...

Anyhoo, I guess I’ve always felt that way and always wanted to be bigger. I’ve dabbled with PE in some form or another at different points in my life, though never consistently and never for more than a week or so.

This changed around 8 weeks ago when I started to stretch and jelq fairly consistently. I employed SSJ and isolations mainly where girth was concerned and a range of manual stretching.

I happened upon MOS and was encouraged by the reasons most men here sought to improve their sexual health and size (many of the reasons and backgrounds are similar to my own) and I was inspired by their progress logs and the fruits of the labour contained within, and also by the warmth, humour and humility with which they were written. I was also blown away by the supportiveness and comaraderie displayed by the members supporting the authors of these threads.

So, here I am at 5.8” ish mse girth and 7.5” bone pressed, 7.9 bpfsl and a very good 95-100% EQ but I still need to be bigger.

My flaccid hang is around 5.5 - 6.5 bone pressed depending on mood but it still looks very small to me...Even more so since I shaved (probably didn’t need to as I no longer wet jelq...but...just bought a bathmate so the pre-pubescent ‘do’ May yet serve a purpose)...ptsd flashbacks from school days kicking in...!

Anyhoo, I don’t have any pre PE pictures of hang (I think...) but do have a pre PE pic of my erect fella (don’t ask why...) that I can use as a comparison although I was rocking a ‘grunge’ look at the time so this may affect any length comparisons...:)

So for the past two weeks, I have been PE’ing every day with at least two sessions of stretching and one often two girth sessions.

All stretches and girth work has been manual and has been fairly close to the newbie routine.

The girth work has been as described above.

I’ll annotate all exercises, durations and intensity tomorrow following my routine as I have varied intensity, durations, sets and reps depending on what I was feeling in any given day and have not been as regimented (and indeed consistent) as I could have been. I have tried to be symmetrical with each exercise however and have not spent less than 2hours a day actively PE’ing with no rest days.

I have thrown in a few more advanced exercises as well but these with be oultlined tomorrow. Thanks for reading, I’m sorry it wasn’t as interesting as it could have been but it was written whilst sitting on the floor of one my little rascals as they slowly (emphasis on the slowly) drifted off to sleep.

Thanks! It just doesn’t look big on me. I just can’t see it as a big penis. I know the ruler and tape measure show me a very good sized penis but what I see in the mirror just doesn’t match up. I’ve always been a bit BDD in one way or another and have got past much of it but I can’t see my penis as anything other than ‘ordinary’. Still, it is definitely a step up from feeling way below average. Something I felt until my mid twenties. I still have those moments but it’s better than it was.
 
Today I have been as active in the PE department as I could be!

I started the day with some stretching. I did intend to begin with bundles but I couldn’t shoo away the stiffy so I did ten minutes or so of erect stretches (all hours marks of the clock in wide and narrow angles and straight out, for 15 secs each set at high intensity).

I then carried out ten minutes of girth work. This consisted of SSJ’s, isolations and muchos kegels and rk’s.

I usually edge when SSJ’ing for maximum expansion but I was in the bathroom sans adult entertainment as I was expecting to go for a flaccid stretch. It was still a good session regardless.

About two hours later I went through a full basic manual stretch session - preceded by bundled (540-720 degrees) stretches at all compass points N, NE, E etc, held for 30 secs each - Again, at full intensity (or as intense as my ’mits’ would allow...!). This session was preceded by a tunica warm up. Cigar rolls, deep tissue massage (essentially slowly working up the flaccid CC’s with the finger tips from inner penis to glans)

Two and a half hours after this I put the little fella through another stretching session after my massage and roll warm up. I started with bundles, into basic manual, onto more bundles and into DLD sock stretches (well, an evolution/bastardisation if them)...

I noticed my suspensory ligs are very tight when stretching down or straight out so I tried to warm them further by massaging and then lateral to’ing and fro’ing (hard to explain but I’ll do a video at some point if I feel it works!).

I then hit them with some fulcrum (essentially v’s that focus on the very base of the penis/suspensory lig).

I then hit the girth exercises. This time I employed a couple of bobbles (hair bands to you guys across the pond) as makeshift cockrings. This allowed me to focus my energy (and blood) where it was most needed. I ensure that new blood is cycled after every SSJ without losing any EQ by loosening the band at the dorsal vein (and allowing de-oxygenated blood out of my fella) whilst using a triple kegel (three kegels if increasing intensity, holding the third for three seconds). My girth is fairly even up the shaft and I’m trying to keep it that way so being able to target different sections of the shaft is useful.

SSJ’s really seem to be working for me at the moment. I have a glans that is thicker than my mid shaft so as well as pushing down, I can squeeze (or try to) the blood from my glans into my shaft until the first sign of discomfort in the CC’s and hold for what seems like a very long ten seconds...

I’ll do around ten really good SSJ’s and as a dozen ULI’s with both hands and both grips (over and underhand).

My EQ has been really good since starting PE again (although it has never been a problem it feels at least 95% and is normally what I perceive to be 100%.) but I have been using adult entertainment for girth work and I am concerned that I am becoming ‘de-sensitised’ to it. I used to watch a lot of adult entertainment but kicked it into touch completely but I’m back to it as I need those gains...!

I finished my session with another round of erect stretches (I’m not sure how effectively I’m doing these - I can feel a pull but nothing like what I think I should be feeling...the bathnate should help with this however and will be here on Tuesday...!).

I wasn’t going to do anything else today, hence the write up but just jotting this down has me thinking I’d like to put in another session once the kids are in bed and the missus is studying...! If I do anymore, I’ll make a further post! Anyway, I’m off to watch the Night Garden...joy of joys...!
 
How tall are you

6” and naturally broad (I used to play a lot of rugby and it influenced my last growth spurt in terms of shape.).

I’m out of shape after a car accident but I’ve improved/got back a decent posture and with it around 2” in height and look a hell of a lot better than I did for a couple of years. I could do with losing some weight (my fat pad is around an inch, I think, I’ll post a NBPEL at some point.) and even though I haven’t hit the gym or cycled much in the last few years or get to play much football (soccer to the guys over the pond) I still have big legs. I’m hoping to do a lot more in terms of footie, cycling and gyming once the lock down is over.

Thanks! Fingers crossed. I think everyone has at least half an inch in them if only in terms of loosening the ligaments. There are a couple of studies where extenders have provided permanent gains over six months (.67 inch average erect increase I think on one of them from 2010) so it isn’t just snake oil. I think actively stretching is likely to speed up the process but I guess it depends on how much effective work is put in. It remains to be seen whether there is much more to gain beyond that .67 inch for the regular guy but I’m not going to turn my nose up at it if it’s all I get.

Plenty of folk on here have done well but there are bound to be those who haven’t...it might be down to lack of effort or poor application but it might be that not everyone responds to it positively. In any case, I’m enjoying it so far and I like I’ve seen about this community so far (and I’d like a bigger dick! ??‍♂️?...) so I’m going to give it my best shot.

I’m going to start posting pics and measurents along the way and we’ll see what’s what. At least as far as my penis is concerned at any rate!

I’m learning from members every day and I’m feeding my fascination and desire for answers with the help of the vast catalogue of brilliant info already on the site (which is ultimately all thanks to you).

I’ll do what I can to help others and provide as much objective (although doubtfully unintentionally subjective, as I’m looking at everything from my point of view) data as I can, whilst trying to achieve my personal penile goals!

Just waiting for the x40 (I ordered one from an outlet in the UK before seeing your link for the bathmate site - I imagine there’s a bit of commish to you guys for such referrals so I’ll try and get anything through MOS referrals in future if I can eliminate large postage and duty charges!) to arrive and I think I’m golden for a few months. I’m likely to ramp it up a bit more with the LM, ala BSA, when I need to.

...Decide to do N, NW, SW, S etc and straight out with kegels and RK (steady pulses on the second whilst holding stretched for 30 secs each station.). More time but feel better, won’t forget tomorrow. Shower (at 1030 on a Monday...if it wasn’t fit the kids lockdown would have me feeling like a student again...!) and ssj to take advantage of warmed up tunica next!

Went back to my cancelled girth work and thought I’d precede this with bundles (all angles, Btc and straight out for 30 secs each - for neutral angles I.e. set to centre I alternated hands and bundle rotation) at close to 720 degrees...did my bundles and also did a basic manual stretch (all angles) - couldn’t resist...counted 20 with one kegel per second. From twenty to thirty performed a kegel at the one count and a reverse at the two count.

On to girth. Not bad but can’t wait for BM - should be arriving tomorrow with my o rings and vin vac...

Girth consisted of SSJ’s and ULI’s...less structured than stretching session but didn’t stop over a fourty min period whilst interspersing with erect stretches.

i have 2 young kids of my own in a house with one bathroom. I can relate to your struggles!

I like to do my Kegel workout during my stretch routine as you are doing; It kills 2 birds with one stone and makes the stretches deeper and adds weight to the Kegel. Have you tried any fulcrum stretches or DLD blasters? These are great stretches to do while kegel training.

I'm just a newb myself but I don't think you need to be stretching to the point of pain. I have read in several threads (I think @longstretch routine thread and the SRT thread, somewhere else too) that stretching with too much intensity can slow down growth and also increase toughening of the penis which will slow down your progress over the long haul. It's all very bro-sciency but the theory is that when we stretch correctly we cause the mature connective tissue cells to proliferate and split into daughter cells. With too much intensity it triggers a defensive response and the mature cells proliferate and also the immature daughter cells will start proliferating. What you are left with is a bunch of smaller developing cells competing for the same amount of nutrients. More cells in a smaller area equals more bonds between them(thus the toughening up of the tissue). The penis is no longer thinking about stretching longer but rather toughening up so it doesn't get damaged(Do penises think?)

You want to stretch with sufficient intensity but also be able to relax into the stretches.

Excuse my rambling bro science. The main point of my post is not that you listen to me because I'm a newb myself, but that you should check out those threads. Those threads are great resources and get into the science of what we are doing with PE

I’m stretching to the point of pain with bundles . The pain isn’t severe but it is the only indicator of a ‘good’ stretch in such circumstances. Of course, I see pain as a negative indicator, hence taking it back a bit straight away before holding. Just as I don’t want to overdo it, I see under-doing it to be just as counter productive. If the tension was too low, I’d see it as a complete waste of time as opposed to an inefficient use of time. I suppose it all comes with experience given that manual stretching is largely subjective, e.g. differing strength of grip, recruited muscle strength, pain threshold, pain interpretation, tissue density etc.

I’ll certainly take your words with me on my journey as they seem to have some basis in logic, it will also give me a new avenue of research!

I have done some blasters (best described as seated A stretches with kegels timed/coordinated against intense stretches?). They’re really good and I’m going to employ them again once I feel basic stretching isn’t effective anymore.

I also did v stretches (lateral and longitudal) but wasn’t sure if the effects. I could feel a stretch in the cc’s and they would generally feel more relaxed afterwards so I might employ them straight after the warmup massages as it might lead to a temp stretch/relaxation of the tunica.

I’m using a version of the DLD sock stretches as an upgrade on manual base fulcrum stretches at present.

I will also try them mid shaft at some point in the future but I want to try and determine what works for me in terms of gains with more focused workouts rather than throwing everything into the mix at once and obfuscating the successful exercises with unsuccessful ones. Whilst it might deprive me of faster gains in the short term, it should lead me to more efficient work outs and therefore saved time I’m the long run.

Ok, so I took some pics...

...I was amazed at how difficult it was to just get an accurate photo of what I see in the ruler with no pressure and the appropriate (read: factual) angle providing the exact length measurent (and don’t even get me started on girth...!).

I don’t like to make excuses but here’s a few anyway...?

...I was in the bathroom for around ten minutes and was interrupted twice...Evertime the camera made an appearance any ardour (harder...??) my little fella had began to wane instantly...! I used a steel ruler and after the first few tries it began to smart a little (read: a lot...)...

It wasn’t just the camera, but the pressure of knowing I was likely to be interrupted again and again, and let’s be fair...measuring ones member takes some getting used to...especially when thinking about posting the fairly visceral results in relative public...

Anyway...I’ve grown...

My size at last time of measuring some two or three weeks ago was 7.5” length...it now sits at just north of 7.75”...More northerly still if the ruler and penis are pushed together to eliminate my slight curve...

...Alas, I was unable to capture it in its full glory but I have a pic at 7.5” and one at some point north of that but I didn’t catch the whole ruler (it’s difficult, remember, and especially so when panic ensues...?)

...the pic north of 7.5” would be difficult to stage with a metal ruler (I would need to put it inside me at the base, or use a fake...but why would I go to the trouble...) if you think about it but I’ll accept if some suggest it won’t ‘do’...

As to the girth, I tried to ‘snap’ it but no dice...

I took a pic from the side to show depth and also took one with the ruler to show an idea of its width...

...I say an ‘idea’ of the width, as an accurate measurement - especially where film is involved - would need to me to place the ruler inside the penis. I decided to place it on top instead of below as I’d rather underestimate than overestimate (plus I’m a humble sort...?)...

I had to hover above the penis as opposed to placing it on it so it looks smaller still...the alternative was to press onto the penis which indents and buckles our making it look bigger than it is...(it really wasn’t as easy as I thought it was...?

Anyway...I would have saved it until tomorrow but I received a bathmate shaped package today and I intend to test drive it tonight...soooo...these will be my last (and only...?) pre-pump measured pics so I wanted them for prosperity...?

PS chuffed with the gains. I’m actually starting to ‘feel’ bigger. Hopefully I can get my head around it actually being bigger despite how it looks to me.

Building up to it...just out of the bath...I can tell you that it’s a singular experience...! I’m following the bathmate instructions/SRT suggestions that you do three lots of 5 min pumps...of course, I’ve thrown in the slow squash jelq’s as well but second and third set was really difficult to maintain an erectiom out of the cylinder...I could achieve wood but keeping it was something else. It was like trying to blow up a modelling balloon with a slow puncture...?

I’ve never had any issues with EQ so it was interesting to see!

Just finished my first ever session with a pump. My weapon of choice was the Bathmate Hydromax9 and it was very interesting!

The suction was like nothing I’d felt before, being a vacuum virgin although I did go into the cylinder with 95% wood...

BM suffers flaccid but I decided to flaunt that rule whilst adhering to their 5x3 min recommendation.

I followed SRT with SSJ in between sets and after the third.

I did bundled stretches around the compass before going in as well.

I used the BM in the bath and aside from the bundles a five minute soak served as the warm up.

As o mentioned before, the auction was very good and I was able to carry out erect stretches whilst kegeling. The stretch was far more intense than manual erect stretches. I opted for straight out, up and centre and did as many as I could in the five minute set.

Felt like a good workout!

A little bit of FR but not too much (I don’t think, but I’m not too versed in vacuum pumping...!). I had a wee donut but nothing to write home about. CC’s felt full and had extra expansion. There was a tiny bit of hive before reaching then when pressing the sides of my fella but not much at all...!

I’m glad you’re getting comfortable with the routine. Thank you for the amazing pictures especially the one with the metal ruler, no one is cheating with a metal ruler! LOL
 
Bundles and manual stretching completed before bundles and BM session. Started with 5x5x3 with SSJ and did a few higher pressure lower duration sets of pumping. Feels like skin is stretching (very uncomfortable, even when at lower pressure), BSA suggests conditioner so will give that a go later.

Played around with EQ before pumping and as a lot of people have said, lower EQ’s leads to increased FR...will stick with erect into the pump.

Ps glans fills BM with first few half dozen pumps and unable to pump out more water despite lots of h2o left in cylinder. Will the vacu vin overcome this? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated! Cheers
